I hate giving bad reviews, but it's pretty hard to mess up hot chocolate. I love peppermint hot chocolate at Christmas. Stopped here to get myself a treat! Very disappointed. I received my peppermint hot chocolate. No whipped cream and just really watered down. So disappointing!! Workers just standing around and said someone will be with you. They were making the guy that was in cleaning bathrooms come and make drinks. Don't know if they were getting ready to leave or why they were even there. Definitely need some better management. Rude customer service and I hate it when people handle my food with their BARE HANDS. Especially after they've been touching money. Today I went to get ONE doughnut and got the nastiest customer service ever and they were NOT swamped with customers. Guy ahead of me only ordered a coffee. How difficult is two items in a drive thru? I asked politely if they could get me a doughnut that was picked up with a wax disposable sleeve and NOT bare hands.. The guy stormed over to the counter, dramatically ripped a sleeve out, threw my doughnut in the bag, shoves the bag at me and yells sarcastically at me saying "have the day you deserve"!! I stop here a few times each month. Sometimes it's good, but most times they are out of popular items. Today I got doughnuts at 9am and they were stale... They tasted like they had been sitting out for at least a day. Also, they will give you the wrong kind of coffee. Make sure you get what you order. read more

I stop here almost every morning to get an extra large Double Double. Today I got food with my order. No Napkins were provided and the coffee is burnt. I stop here because it is next to my work. First off, want to apologize to the lady who had the duplicate order Saturday, the started in track our orders we were in a hurry I got her order and ran for the door....we didn't realize they were the same, minus 1 item. We get there Saturday when I order turkey Swiss and ham and swiss sandwiches as we were on the run. In some way shape or form they didn't have buns and only had Panini bread. We had enough time to walk over to BP grab drinks and chips come back and still wait around 10 more minutes for food.... which actually was the same order as another customers and the store didn't do anything to differentiate our orders. I'm guessing you can get coffee and donuts here I wouldn't go much further than that. The employees are more like a Social Hour checking with each other to see if they could do this that or the other thing no one seemed to be driving the bus whatsoever if you will and help manage the kitchen while it was very very busy. you need a leader Mgr in this location, big time. read more

I only have left good reviews in the past for any business. If I have a bad experience I keep it to myself. Until today. Waited over 20 minutes for a breakfast sandwich I never got. Finally had to leave. I did get the iced coffee that i ordered for someone else right away. That of course melted while i waited for the sandwich(again that I never got). The amount of confusion amongst the staff trying to figure out what's what was almost comical during the time I was waiting. I would recommend new management as whoever is there now does not have a grasp on it. read more

For 2 weeks now, this tim hortons has been unable to serve lattes. Why, you might ask? Because there is a shortage of skim milk in the "Tim Hortons supply chain. Now, m59 in Hartland and howell, both are serving lattes. They use the same supply chain, I'm sure the shortage is effecting them, but they have found another source for this apparently hard to find elusive skim milk. Ok the next bit is for the excuses. Tim hortons supplies managers with an approved vendors list to use as back up when a shortage arises. Both howell locations and the Hartland location have used this list to make sure customers get what they want. At least put a sign up, so customers don't waste their time. read more

I've gone to this Tim Hortons pretty much at least once a week for about 2 out of the last 3 years. Why did I stop going for a whole year? Because they've literally never gotten my order right. I used to work at a Tim Hortons, i know the fact that corporate wants you to get the order out the window in under 25 seconds is practically impossible so I can forgive a long wait time. But y'all, it's not that hard to do a bacon egg and cheese bagel right. I constantly get either a raw bagel, sausage instead of bacon, or it gets put on a waffle instead. Came back today, gave it one more shot, got a raw bagel. This is not hard you guys. You put the bagel in the toaster, while it's toasting you take out the egg patty, put cheese on it, put bacon on it. The bagel will be done toasting by then, you then put the egg cheese and bacon into the bagel. Seriously not once have you gotten this supremely simple process right. On top of that half the time the bacon is raw. It's microwave bacon you guys, it's not like you have to cook it fresh. Just microwave it for like 45 seconds. Hopefully those little tidbits from first day basic time Hortons training help you do your job. Anyway go here if you prefer your food made by incompetent toddlers. I was excited to grab coffee and bring my brother home some breakfast especially because I only get Tim Hortons while I'm in MI visiting. I went this morning around 6:40 am. The women at the window was very polite but my order was completely wrong and I did not receive a receipt.. Maybe this location is understaffed or something but overall I was not impressed. Service and quality are definitely going downhill FAST. Two days in a row, I have stopped at this location as I do most every morning on my way to work. (Usually, around 7 am) The past two days, my order of 2 coffees with 2 creams has been wrong and slow; today was 12 minutes even though there was only one car there when I ordered. This week, I have spent 9 dollars for only one coffee that I was able to actually drink. I could have purchased an entire can of coffee at the grocery store! This morning, I ordered two large coffees with 2 creams, my usual, and received 2 Cafe Mochas. I have low blood sugar and cannot drink anything with this much sugar as I will then spend the rest of the day ill with headaches, blurred vision, and shakes. I have been a customer for the past 9 years and have never had this happen with such frequency. It used to be a rare occurrence...now it is daily! I will not return. read more

Tim hortons has really gone downhill since burger king bought them out this one epitomizes that low standard. Obviously it's paired with a gas station which should have been my first red flag. However all i wanted was a bagel, twice toasted with pb. Didn't have my bagel, no biggie, what kind do you have? Order taker doesn't know. Fine a plain one then [pays for it]. Would probably be 5 stars if they were nicer, but I just go through the drive through so it doesn't really matter that much. I love that they give you a ton of cream cheese, nothing worse than a dry bagel!!! Also their iced cappuccinos are addicting! I get it with hazelnut and it's out of control good. The last time I was there the place was really dirty and messy. Wrappers and trash on the floor, none of the tables wiped off, etc. And there are a total of 5 employees working there. Maybe they need better supervision. Whatever - a place to avoid. read more

Seriously. You will be lucky if your order is ever right from this place. The people working here are extremely impersonal and unprofessional. I waited a long time to write a review, hoping I would see a turn around. Needless to say. Nothing has changed and most times they've gotten worse. Just went to this location and got three bagels, two cream cheese and one with butter. ALL of them have butter on them which now I cannot eat. This has happened to me before too where I got one cream cheese and one butter and both came out as cream cheese. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR BAG BEFORE LEAVING. If not you will regret it like I am right now. Will not be going back to this location. I would rather drive 2 miles out of my way to go to the one on Silver Pkwy. read more

They might not be able to mess up Timmy's coffee but they sure can screw up the service here and they definitely do, 75% of the time. I've gotten coffee here many times and half the time my Black coffee has cream, cream & sugar or just sugar in it. You have to check it before you leave, Seriously. That might be why the service is slow whether you go inside or drive through. read more
