I'm one to usually use this location for a light meeting with a client, and am happy with toe coffee and pastry. Sometimes I'll come in alone for a lunch. The service is generally good - I've not felt any need to complain. It's generally a fast food and no-rush ambiance. That's what I need, and that's what I get. Went back after many years of not going. Wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and a second chance. The eggs are horrid. The english muffin is steamed and soggy. The sausage is flavorless. I go to this location only because it's by my house and on the way to take my son to school in the morning & it's almost every time the order is either wrong that I notice when I pull away, or it's so poorly thrown together and looks/tastes terrible. When this location first opened, it seemed the City of Fenton loved and supported it. In some sense, it was a community center. You would see Bible studies, women's clubs, youth sports groups, families, business people, and pretty big lunch crowds. The owner Don and his family, a sweet lady named Debbie, and several other employees made this place such a special experience. The food always looked, smelled and tasted good. The place was kept immaculate. I really looked forward to each opportunity to patronize the business a minimum of 4 times a week. I can not say enough good things about the place during it's first years. I wish I could say it is the same. Today however I ordered ONE item, a bacon egg and cheese bagel, they were out of plain bagels so got it on a blueberry. The guy repeated my order back to me. Pulled up. Great staff, they are very nice and friendly even if they are a bit slow. I used a "2 small iced cappuccinos for 3$" coupon and she was nice enough to put it into a large cup for me when I asked! My panini wasn't the hottest, but hey it's a sandwich and I'm hungry, I'd rather be shoving a warm sandwich into my face than a scalding one! Before he passed, my grandpa was a regular at this TH's. I asked the kid there for a sugared donut, the kind you eat with apple cider. Instead he gave me a pumpkin spice donut. I said, excuse me but I asked for the other donut, you gave me a pumpkin spice donut. The kid swore up and down that he had grabbed the donut I asked for even after I had pointed out he had grabbed the wrong one, and refused to accept the fact that he had grabbed the wrong one. After I had left, I realized, sure enough, it was a damn pumpkin spice donut. After I had told him that was the wrong one, after asking for the right one, he still gave me the wrong item and refused to give me the one I asked for. I don't even know what to say about this. Today there were nails and debris all over where customers drive (from construction), making for a high likelihood of a flat tire. The employees showed no interest and said there was nothing they could do about it, meaning they are incapable of asking crew to clean up their mess. The manager had a mask hanging down on his chin. This is not a safe place to eat or drive. I hope I don't get a flat tire. They refused to give me the name of the owner. Very apathetic and immature behavior. My mother has been using this location for months to get her morning iced coffees. A few weeks ago when she received her coffee, she noticed after the first sip something wasn't right. She took off the lid and saw FRUIT FLIES IN HER COFFEE. Let me remind you this was a brand new coffee, so it hadn't sat out all day. She dumped the coffee and had been able to count 6 fruit flies. This is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable considering this is a RESTAURANT. Whoever made this coffee must not have been paying much attention or just didn't care. The first one had no egg in it. Went thru again to get it corrected and ended up with a sausage egg and cheese biscuit so had to go thru a third time and finally got the correct one. It's like the employees are trying to be incompetent or intentionally lazy, whichever of the two they do a pretty good job at it. I've never had even a mediocre customer service experience here. The coffee or food is either cold or not made properly. They have an absolute lack of hustle when doing anything no matter how busy/ slow or how many are working. We have been going here for years and noticed a slow decline. Now it's terrible!! The workers are usually young and don't know what they are doing. The orders are always wrong, coffee too hot or burnt. They rarely have anything anymore. Way too long to wait inside or through drive through and when you get in the drive through lane you can't get out! There were many, many times I was late because they were so slow. This is the first and last time I will visit a Tim Hortons. My brother and I got two toasted bagels with cream cheese and he got an orange juice. The total was over 7 dollars, we waited at the counter for 10 minutes before we were greeted, our bagels were cold and not toasted and there was about three pieces of salt on the salt bagel. Went through here a few times while I was visiting. Decent coffee each time. Two days in a row I ordered a Dark Roast Iced coffee and they told me "we just didn't brew any today". How can you just decide not to brew something on your menu? They did give me an espresso shot in my regular iced coffee which appeased me but this "not brewing" just because stuff should not happen. read more

WORST experience ever! They gave our order to another family then were completely confused when I asked where our food was. It took me explaining it three times and another THIRTY minutes before we actually got our food. No apology or extras for our time, just an annoyed employee who screwed up! I have been going here for 15 years and lately it has gone downhill. I primarily use the drive thru and it takes between 5-10+ mins to get my orders. My orders are wrong most of the time so I have to check everything they hand to me before I drive away. Today I checked everything except my coffee and when I got home, yup, wrong one. The sad thing about that is that it wasn't even a surprise, I've come to expect it. I think it's time for me to check out other places to get our Saturday morning tradition of coffee and donuts :( read more
