I came by Elora Bread Trading Co. on a Sunday and was excited to find a great selection of baked goods including 4 types of sourdough (country, seeded, maple cinnamon raisin and marble rye), scones (buttermilk, cheddar + chive, cranberry, ginger peach), and focaccia (rosemary or cornbread jalapeno). Moreover, they also had cinnamon buns, brownies, caneles, donuts, pizza dough, and cookies for sale as well. There are some canned and bottles drinks as well for sale.
