We visited this cafe impromptu as we were in the area and really had an amazing experience. There is lot of seating space and overall cafe is spacious. We had Salted Caramel Latte, Chocolate Butter Tart and Dulce de leche cake - all were really good. The staff was courteous and service was quick! read more

It's a shame I don't find to many Coffee Cultures around, but when I do I make sure to always stop in for their cinnamon scones:):):) I also find their coffee VERY good as well (maybe even better than Tim Hortons, sorry:)) I find every location I've been in (including this location), they always have ample and comfortable sitting space, which allows folks to stay longer, if even, they encourage it! Stood at the counter waiting to order while the person behind the counter came and went cleaning. Eventually they acknowledged me. I asked if they had Lactose free milk and he said yes before I finished my sentence. I ordered a Caramel latte with Lactose free milk and got what tasted like old fashioned soy milk that was also freezer burned. I ordered the cali grilled cheese and ge asked if bacon was OK but didn't ask about my soup or salad. He charged me $20 and reiterated that I'd be dining in when he passed the terminal to me where I was prompted for a tip. Seeing as we had to get up to grab our stuff from the counter and overpaid for bad food, not sure what the tip is for. The sandwich came and when we got up to ask where the soup/salad was and that we were never asked what we wanted on the side, the other guy behind the counter said oh he gave you the full sandwich so it doesn't come with a side. I said I didn't even know that was an option because the menu only lists the half sandwich and a choice of soup or salad. The sandwich filling was sparse and tasteless. Disappointed in the service and quality of both my latte and food. Way overpriced for what you get in product and experience. Won't be returning to this location. read more

Mr. and I stopped in to Coffee Culture in an attempt to escape the heat and found ourselves staying for quite a while, enjoying the nice atmosphere, cool drinks, and heart stoppingly delicious muffins. Coming from a fresh visit to a coffee culture in pc, I found this Coffee culture a little underwhelming. Located in the heart of milton, it has a cozy downtown premium coffee shop feel. The staff here were slow.. i'm talking real slow... 15 minutes to make a sandwich slow.. However there is lot's of seating available, as I could see many people using it as their office. I was however a tad underwhelmed with the variety of baked goods available, considering it was 630pm at night, it's not a huge shock. Probably won't be back as this was a one off meeting in a town i'm not familiar with! 3/5 read more

I just ordered a breakfast sandwich and noticed they now use process cheese when at one time not too long ago they used real cheddar cheese. Now this sandwich does not taste half as good as it used to and I've noticed since it's a cheaper cheese the price has not changed to reflect the change. I guess I'm going to have to go back to Tim Hortons and buy their breakfast sandwich from now on. At least they don't charge an arm and a leg for a breakfast sandwich. read more

A very cozy place with a lot of comfortable places to sit. My coffee always tastes yummy, the sandwiches are pretty amazing, and the pastries are REALLY hard pass up. The only sad part is that they do not sell bags of their espresso beans. It is too bad, because they have a nice flavour and would be great to have for my machine at home. You can, however, buy their regular coffee in a bag. This is a perfect place to meet up with friends or to change your scenery and do some work. read more

I walked in craving something with pumpkin but all they had was the pumpkin scone and muffin so I went for this, and wow it was really tasty. Now I suspect that their other pastries may be tasty too, so I have to go back to test that hypothesis. read more

Under new management, and it shows! Once one of our very favorite places, and now after the last 3 times, we will never come back! Ordered the bacon Dijon turkey wrap, no bacon, politely told the manager, and his response was that it is a Bacon Spread, but the menu says Real Bacon! So tried the spread alone, no bacon flavour, just Dijon! Portions are definitely smaller, and they weren't big to start with. The salad was once a crunchy fresh mix, and now rotten tomatoes and limp lettuce in a small ramakin style bowl. The attitude of the staff has gone from friendly to a don't bother me type attitude. My wife will email the chain, but we can never eat here again. Sadly don't eat here! read more

This place gets very crowded for breakfast. Lots of senior citizens come out here in the morning and this is not a quiete place where you can have a quick meeting with business partners. The WiFi here is super slow and the staff seems friendly but I only went for a coffee and croissant. There's lots of seating available but all taken by senior citizens already. They buy a cup of coffee and sit there for three hours telling jokes to each other. Coffee doesn't have a good taste. The croissant was good though. The prices are very expensive, similar to Starbucks. read more

The ambiance is there... just notice that the staff go for smoke break so frequently... not as courteous as before they tend to scream at some point from kitchen door to cashier. otherwise food is great... price is within the market range... furniture's are starting to worn out.. deli when making wraps are half as decent.. the taste is there just the presentation is not there anymore. Milton was one of the first in a franchise of Coffee Culture... Would like to see them reach the top first compared to Brampton. read more
