First I want to say I never physically have ever ordered from a TH or been to a store. The lady looked at me and stood at the register and didn't say anything, she looked very unhappy and didn't speak the whole time I was in there. I looked at the menu to decide what I wanted. And I had your tidbits. I told her I wanted 20 and paid and after I told her what I would like. Again never once did she say anything at all. I thought it was weird how she was doing it but didn't think anything of it. I left and before I got to my car something told me to check. And sure enough it was all different kinds. I went back in and another girl spoke to me and told me that you have to pick what you want before you pay. So as a new customer how would anyone know this 1 if there are no signs up stating this and 2 no one is friendly and says anything about it when clearly I didn't know what I was doing specially when I was giving her my order as she was putting what she wanted in there? Everyone knows my obsession for Tim's coffee. Like a love affair your significant other encourages. It's addictive! It also helps that Mrs. E digs their iced tea. We started with a large double-double, a giant iced tea and angel creme donuts. A large can of Tim's original coffee to take home is only 16.99 (an amazing deal... considering size and quantity) so we bought one. They have pretty good sandwiches and incredible kettle chips. That's for later in the day. The restaurant is clean and comfortable. Restrooms are the same. Very friendly atmosphere. Emily served us this morning and was not only wonderful, but in tune with the product. She turned us onto the large tin. This Tim Hortons has disappointed me time and time again... I've called 3 times today wondering about their blueberry timbits and they've failed to pick up the phone. I then pack up my belongings and stroll on over to Tim Hortons to ask about the blueberry timbits and the manager was very disrespectful. Little does she know that I have a medical disorder that contains me to only being able to order my blueberry timbits. Some of the staff is very unprofessional , I walked in and they were screaming at each other and you could visibly see the person helping me with upset and I felt really bad f or her. FYI this stores hours are not correct! This store closes early and will charge you in their mobile app. I ordered at 10:01 PM and went to go pick up my order. To my surprise all lights are off, drive through board was shut off nothing. Normally I would of just canceled the order.. but obviously no one is there to pick up the phones and In the Tim Hortons app you cant cancel the order, or at least I couldn't. It acted like the order was already complete and they charged my card for it. My theory is that this store closes early and didn't update their hours, and when I put my order through at 10:01 they decided to just run my order through charge me and then just close up without actually giving me my order / following up with me. I did contact support and they are looking into this issue. Honestly I won't ever use this store again and honestly I would be weary of using Tim's in the future. read more

Seems like they don't have enough to keep things open since they're always out of everything. Although I respect Tim Horton's as a chain overall, not this establishment. They are slow, rude, and always get my order wrong. It always seems that a machine is always broken, and it lasts for about a month, then another machine breaks down. The portions that they give are not very generous, and the Wi-Fi connection is less than up to par. The variety and quality of food (when it is correct) is amazing, and I would not hesitate to spend my hard earned money there. I go to this place at least 2 to 3 times a week. I always order the same coffee each time, medium iced vanilla coffee double double, and it is never the same coffee. They constantly forget to add vanilla or the sugar. Sometimes I can't even drink it because it's not right and doesn't taste good. Today I went, ordered the same coffee as always and a sausage and cheese croissant no egg. The guy even read my order back to me which was correct. I pulled up and after waiting got my order. Of course the coffee was not right, no vanilla. My sandwich was firstly burnt and smelled awful and it was sausage and egg no cheese. Not what I ordered. I called the manager and finally complained. I said can you please start being more aware because this is getting ridiculous. She said nothing. Just sat there quiet and said "okay". Not sorry this keeps happening and sorry you're upset. Fine. This Tim Hortons has the worst driver through service I have ever seen. I've had multiple problems at this Tim Hortons( normally from one particular employee) and am done. It's sad that the food is overshadowed by the terrible service. I would recommend driving a few miles north and go the TIm Hortons in Saginaw or bay city. read more
