This had been my stop for a few mornings while I was out and about and each time I had an amazing experience. I have ordered fresh brewed, lattes, cookies, muffins and rice treat and everything was fresh! The coffee always taste very good and not like a dirty machine or old burnt grounds. I have been a Biggby customer for a good few years! Love the coffee and the service is always on point, But this one is by far the worst most unprofessional Biggby I have been into. First of all it's 12:30 and the manager was counting money and said I will help you soon as I nearly slipped and busted my butt on the floor because it was raining and hardly any caution signs was where they needed to be and then the other two workers laughed about it. If you look at the camera about 12:30 PM on this day you will clearly see me doing the job of the workers because I nearly fell! Someone needs to really look into this place. read more

Waited in drive thru line for 35 min this morning. Only 3 cars passed through the line. Ended up driving off and noticed 4 other cars drive off as well. My guess is you lost $30 at least in those minutes. If management isn't aware of the frustration I am letting you know. As a fellow business owner a couple suggestions. 1. App usage for people to order in advance. 2. Have an employee taking orders outside and using headset to baristas inside. 3. organize pickup parking spaces. 4. Perhaps limit your menu Ultimately you will make more money and your customers will be happier. Only trying to help and visiting from out of town. I was ready to give up on Bigby in this area . I had a horrific experience at State St (see my review on them) . I grew up in Lansing and have always loved my Black Bear coffee. Bay rd Bigby -specifically Tia and Leah and their manager (don't know here name but she was there)- redeemed them. They were funny and nice and even though my black bear wasn't perfect , I'd take that over State st any day. Thank you ! read more

I like this place more than Starbucks. I got a Frozen Caramel Marvel, and I like that there was still a strong coffee flavor to it. Most coffee shops, load the thing with sugar and caramel and little to no coffee flavor. read more

I'm going to agree with the other reviews. The wait staff was very rude. They were talking about personal things in front of younger customers, very loudly. Both of our drinks were made incorrectly and served luke warm. I asked for an ice water & was given ice in cup with hot water from the coffee machine (?) Great Tea but the staff working were obnoxious. They spoke very loud about their personal lives (e.g., sex lives, girlfriends, concerts, sexting, parties) it was impossible to tune them out to do work. 2 or 3 patrons left due to the loud chatting of staff and inappropriate content of their conversations. I used to live in Kalamazoo and the BIGGBY franchises were all over on that side of the state, more so than Starbucks, so BIGGBY was always my go to. I went to the bay road store yesterday to get my free birthday drink and upon walking in I was very disappointed. Stood at the counter for close to 5 minutes with not even a simply "hello, we'll be with you shortly". The young girl behind the counter walked by me a few times complaining of the job and walking around in a "I hate this job" type of way. There was a man in the back who was washing dishes while she complained and he didn't even acknowledge me until she asked him for help up front. When he finally came to the register he asked "what are you getting?" No hi, how ya doing, etc. very rude and poor customer service. This man, who's name was Ryan redeemed himself in a way towards the end while he was making the drink started to make small talk. Neither one of the employees acted like they wanted to be there or even like their job. I will stick to Starbucks. read more

Coffee flavor was a good rich medium roast but my americano was very watered down and lost the coffee. White chocolate syrup was very weak.

COMPLETELY disappointed!!! I bought an iced chai and asked for no milk (with water). Now one can assume chai is naturally tea... well not here! I took a sip and it tasted like pure sugar. After paying almost $6 for what I thought was actual tea, I took it back and asked if they could remake it. I watched him fill the whole cup with ice water and pump something out of a bottle into it. He handed it to me and it looked extremely light. I asked him what he put in there and he told me it was chai flavoring. ARE YOU KIDDING ME????? You charge $6 for just flavoring???? What "coffee" shop that also sells tea, charges $6 for tea flavoring and not actual tea?!?!? This company is ridiculous LOL You won't be getting my service or good word of mouth from me. Makes me wonder what else your bamboozling people out of there money. I wouldn't be purchasing iced anything from here if flavoring is really all you're paying for! Thanks but no thanks! Keep small businesses alive and go to the RED EYE coffee shop downtown Saginaw where there are "real" baristas and coffee/tea beverages at a way better price with better quality. I went to Biggby after hearing on the news it was open. Great place and really good selection of coffee drinks. I ordered the Charged Chai which is a chai latte with shots of espresso. Being a Starbucks addict, I think I am going to become a Biggy convert. I never felt "hip" enough for Starbucks and Biggby's is very laid back. They offer free wifi and the owner is very attentive to the customers. Prices are comparable to others and I will definitely be a repeat customer. read more

friendly staff great variety of drinks served cold hot, or frozen. our favorite is the frozen butterfinger latte frozen. sweet delicious drink with the strong coffee and caffeine kick in backside to get you moving when you come out of the sugar coma. in one word awesome. check the board for the daily trivia question to exercise your brain. can be a little expensive but check for their many deals and specials read more

I'm always left satisfied! Good service, drinks are made pretty fast, and what I order usually turns out delicious. There's a huge variety of drinks, and the place is never too busy. It's not a typical cafe setting though... just a bunch of small tables and chairs. read more
