The THs in Canada has drastically reduced the variety of donuts to carry only half a dozen of their best sellers. The donuts aren't freshly made anymore and all the food items shrink due to shrink-flation meanwhile prices have gone up along with minimum wage. We received exceptional service today though as we were first told the RUTR free coffee didn't include latte but when we went up to pay (because we did the drive thru) we were greeted and served by an awesome staff member and told us lattes were included. It is super busy location because it's at the NF travel center. But it was a nice clean location. Typical TH vibes though. read more

This TH is in a group setting. There is also Wendy's, a pizza place, Mediterranean food and more here. It's right off the QEW and access ale from both directions. The Wendy's and TH have drive throughs. Pleasant staff. Gas station nearby. Large restrooms. Plenty of easy parking. 3 stars for this large chain. I default chains to 3 stars as they must be A-OK to expand as they have. read more

It was a quiet area for stop of coffee . Not too busy . Service was fast still early in the morning on our way to Niagara Falls . The price very reasonable. The donuts at Tim Horton's in Canada used to be soooo good! So much better than the ones in the US. Well, apparently those days are gone. These were the same hard, stale tasting donuts I can get at home. I stopped here on my ride home, and I was pretty excited about it since their donuts used to be so good. I ordered some Timbits, and I saw a billboard that said they had Beyond burgers now, so I ordered one of those, too. I asked if it had onions on it, and they said no, so I ordered it as is. It ended up having mustard on it, which I didn't want. The menu doesn't tell you what comes on it, which is unhelpful. And the cashier was not being helpful either. After I ordered, I noticed some flies flying around the donut case, so that was great. As I stood there, I noticed there is no door on the back of the case. Why would you have donuts in an open case?? At least with a door you could attempt to keep the flies out. My burger did not take long, and I took it to go. It was fine. Not especially good or bad, but it would have been better without mustard. I like that they have a vegetarian option, but from Tim Horton's, I'd have probably been happier with a bagel with cream cheese than I was with this. The donuts were also just meh. They gave me something to munch on for my car ride home, but they weren't as good as they used to be. read more

As much as we tried to avoid it, there really is nowhere you can go in Canada that DOESN'T have a Tim Hortons, so we decided to bite the bullet and give it a try. First of all, don't number your breakfast and lunch meals 1-10 and have them available at the same time. Non of us got what we wanted because we ordered by number and got breakfasts when we wanted lunch! That aside, the food was not that good. I really don't know why these places are everywhere. The only saving grace was the maple doughnut...now that was to die for. Not impressed and we had to go grab some food from another place to get satiated. read more

This place is located just across the highway from another Tim Hortons...but probably more conveniently located Gateway Food Centre. The drive-thru for this is absolutely confusing...and if it weren't for someone in front I would have had no idea where to go. I sure hope these two locations are owned by the same owner otherwise that just wouldn't make any sense. It's also kind of funny that my Canadian cousin called us Americans fat probably because of our super-sized servings. Anyway when we ordered the small iced capp, I nearly did a double take. This Tims is located in the Gateway Niagara rest area. It's got a drive through as well as counter service. Although the other businesses in this plaza have standard hours, I don't think this place is ever closed. It's pretty standard, They've got everything you'd expect at a Tims, and the service is perfectly decent. read more

On our way to Buffalo for the weekend on Saturday morning and we were getting hungry at 9:30AM. Passed by this Tim Horton's to obviously take a leak and get some breakfast. We go inside and the line-up was HUGE! Good to know there were 5 to 6 cashiers taking orders so I didn't wait to long. I ordered a Sausage and Egg Muffin (funny I didn't add a "Mc" to the "Muffin") and a hashbrown. We get into the car and we are on our way. Hakka Wife was in the driver's seat so I had my hands free to chow down. The Sausage Egg Muffin was pretty decent. I never really liked the scrambled egg part, maybe because I am biased with McDonald's but it was okay. Nice, hot and fresh. The hashbrown was meh, whateva. It was kinda soggy and it was bland. All in all, satisfying breakfast for our journey ahead of us. read more

I was not really impressed with this location. 1) did not find the server overly friendly 2) had the bagel belt and they basically tossed all the ingredients into a bag so everything was falling out of the bagel 3) Apple Pay was not supported which Tim's is supposed to be. read more

The food at Tim Hortons is just so disappointing. The donuts went bad years ago when they stopped baking them and started shipping them par-frozen from central canada. Just had another - and likely last ever - breakfast sandwich combo. The sandwiches at the gas station in the heat box taste as good or better. Their hashbrowns are deep fried somewhere else and heated in an oven. They are inedible. Second time I've had them, second location, both were the same and bad. When will someone at TH actually try eating their own breakfast food and realize how bad it is? The chili is still ok for lunch! read more

Extremely slow service at this Tim Hortons. Maybe management should hire a few more staff to keep up with service.

Waited 25 minutes for a bagel. Asked for it to not be toasted and it came black. Waited another 20 minutes just for a sandwich.
