Amy was really good about my finicky flavour requests, and even obliged me in taping on my DIY cupcake wrappers (for a small extra fee). She delivered to my venue at Ball's Falls, on time and no hassles. Price was very reasonable too. Now I'll wax eloquent about the cupcakes - they were SUPER AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS. I had to order them without a tasting due to long-distance planning constraints, but they were above and beyond our expectations. We had red velvet with cream cheese icing, lemon with earl gray icing, and a black forest cupcake that had a cherry filling inside as well as on top. Her large cupcake (also red velvet) was baked into a white chocolate cup, and all cupcakes were very tastefully decorated. The cake was moist and not too oily, the icing had just the right sweetness and the proportion of cake to icing was perfect in my mind (yes I really really loved these cupcakes). I was also really impressed with the depth of flavour in the cake, the lemon was very tart and fresh which contrasted nicely with the sweet icing. My guests all raved about the cupcakes, and I am so tempted to order more just for personal consumption!
