My friends and I went into the bathroom together, my only intention was to use the washroom and have my friends help me adjust some of my clothing I couldn't do myself. Mid using the washroom one of the staff members, an older lady with brown hair, begans banging on the door yelling that if we do not open the door, she'll open it herself. We open the door as I am trying to cover myself and she begans yelling at us to get out. I ask her very nicely to close the door and allow me to finish using the washroom, but she refuses. Not only was this a violation of my privacy, but there were several men outside the washroom who could see me. After I have to pull my pants up in-front of her and the people outside the washroom, she then screams in our faces and follows us out of the building. We understand that these are single stalls, but we had no intent of vaping in this washroom, it was only to use it and for them to help me with my clothing. She did not even attempt to meet us with any understanding and had zero care that I was exposed. I will never return to this establishment after feeling extremely disrespected. We are teenage girls and to have a grown women scream in our faces the way she did, doesn't sit with me well. read more

Mostly a miss on the coffee and pastries. Weekends seem to be the worst. The coffee has the taste of soup or is watered down. Don't buy a donut because they put it in a bag with your receipt and you'll end up licking the chocolate off the receipt which is next level will-power failure. I recommend if ordering a pastry you have the receipt dipped in chocolate as it will end up either in or on your pastry anyway. read more

At my last visit to this store, I was shocked to find that they didn't have wifi. It's been a long time since I went to a coffee shop that didn't provide this service, and the fact that it was omitted from this location left me feeling a little uneasy about other amenities they may have overlooked. Other than that, the drive thru is conveniently located with ample room for cars and trucks. There's always tons of parking, and its near all the newest box stores off Peakview. read more

Came to this location the first time ever. Horrible customer service. Took 10 minutes just to order. The old lady taking my order was extremely rude. She was sighing each time I added something to my order. In fact, if she had not broken my order into 20 different receipts, we would've been done. But she wasn't having it. She was jealous of the coupons Tim Hortons had sent. I've never had this issue with these coupons ever before. If you don't want my business, you'll never have it again from me. read more

This Tim's is close to home so I end up here often. This location has friendly staff, fast service, and is clean inside. It seems strange that the McDonald's right next door is incapable of consistently putting a burger and fries in a bag without making a mistake, yet this Tim's has never once messed up my breakfast order. Did Tim Horton's hire all the best workers in this area and leave McDonald's with the sloppy seconds? Seems like it. Their company spokesperson is literally a clown, so I shouldn't be surprised. Yeah, I'm trashing McDonald's in my review for Tim Horton's. What of it? I'm still bitter that I can't give those tools a zero-star rating. read more

NOT open 24h like it says. Planned on getting coffee there on way to airport at 4:45 am. Majorly annoying.

New location just off the highway. I stop in a few times a week... Nice and convenient, generally pretty quick in and out for those looking for a coffee on the way into the city. MUCH Better to stop by at night - the girls that work there are much nicer than the day shift gals, and it seems more organized. Also, this could just be me but the coffee tastes better there, than anywhere in the city! Maybe they actually clean their coffee machines?!?! read more

CUSTOMERS BEWARE - worst customer service I have ever received! Manager was rude, discourteous, unprofessional, abrasive and refused to serve my family. Recently we received THE absolute worst and most shocking customer service from the manager at this Tim Hortons. She was unbelievably rude to us, with our two small children in the back of the car, and then we were told to leave, without receiving our order!! I have worked in several restaurants, even as manager, and currently as a nurse, dealing with people everyday, and I have never seen anything close to this. She came to the window angry, as though she was already having a bad day, and then we (the customers) were the recipient of all of her frustrations, completely unacceptable! It was appalling to witness behavior like that not just from an employee, but then the manager, the one who is supposed to model behavior and uphold the customer service values of the company they work for. "You've Always Got Time for Tim Hortons", is one of the slogans of Tim Hortons, but sadly they do not seem to have any time for us.. Despite having contacted their customer service complaint department, and speaking with the owner of this establishment, not once have we been offered so much as an apology for 1) the way we were treated, or 2) the fact that we do not feel comfortable in that store anymore so are inconvenienced by going to a different location. Strongly recommend that you do not use this establishment! Although we live close by, we now make it a point to drive to another location to avoid abusive treatment and service at this location. read more

they have very nice staff and work very quickly , whenever i order food it's out within five minutes. they hardly ever run out of food or drinks and they have very nice seating areas, they have clean and very nice bathrooms and they just updated the wifi not long ago and now it works great! overall recommend that you go to this tims! read more
