My friend went to order and it seems like the 3 people that were working there disappeared. One kept going back to her car because it wasn't locking. The other eventually took my friend's order, which was potato leak soup for myself and instead of a bun, she asked for a scone toasted and tea.
Surprisingly they automatically toasted the scone and put butter on it. When she mentioned that was not what she ordered, then she was told she had asked for it to be buttered, then they said it was in with my soup. Then they walked away forgot to give her her tea. Then she got the tea, and no one gave her her scone. So here she is. Loudly proclaiming. " can I please get my scone". And two people look at the screen and shrug their shoulders and walk away.
So she comes to sit down with me for 2 mins. Then goes back up and say "can I please get my scone. Toasted without butter". And finally someone gives it to her. .
Moral of the story.
This store needs some training in understanding customers.
They need to finish with one customer before they run to the back and forget to take payment.
They need to not ignore customers like as if they don't know what is being spoken.
They need retraining in customer service.
