Worst Tim Hortons ever. Past few weeks tried them out to give them another chance and nope, quality absolutely sucks. Past few times for 2 sandwiches and a donut literally took well over 20 minutes, so much for fast food, and they always come out cold. Today, I ordered from door dash and the only thing correct was my beverage, the rest of it was completely wrong and mind you the food, you guessed it was cold. Just absolutely terrible service and absolutely needs someone from corporate to straighten things out. Can't call yourself a fast food joint when food doesn't even come out fast. Okay Service, Nasty Machines! I have two pictures they are nasty, there is dust on top of everything, and half the time they forget to add the syrups into your drink or change there lids, cups, etc,etc I would give it a 3 stars but no, just no Go here if you want but...I would not recommend!! read more

I went in to buy a coffee and two donuts. Manger said none of the donuts in the display case were for sale, per corporate policy. Called corporate and they the said that's not the policy, and they would take care of the "problem". This location will be accepting new manger applications soon. read more

Another rude person. The woman working the drive through sounded like she did not care to be working. She was abrupt, emotionless and rude. The vanilla cream donut was shoved in a bag and smashed against the side do all the icing peeled off trying to get it out of the bag. read more

When I used to live here I liked this Tim Hortons. I came back last night and stopped by the drive thru this morning to grab food. All my food was wrong and I went To Starbucks to get my coffee because of it. My girlfriend ran in to get our order right and the "woman" making the sandwiches was swearing and acting very rude to he coworkers for no apparent reason. Unfriendly staff, acts like it pains them to wait on you. Have to repeat your order numerous times before they finally get it right. They had the nerve to ask me "Do you want your change" when I was paying. OF COURSE I WANT MY CHANGE! Your food is expensive enough, I'm not going to give you more if I can avoid it! The last few times I have stopped, I have said I am not going to go back, but this last time I literally pulled out of the drive thru and left!!! We went in to eat breakfast this morning. The lady rang us up she said the total was $18.73!!!!! For two combo meals I asked her?!?! She said yes and that was with a 10% discount. We walked out and never looked back. The two combo meals were only $5.09 each on the board. read more

The food , coffee, donuts and muffins etc here are outstanding!! The kettle chips served hot in the bag are absolutely addictive! The reason they don't get five stars is the people!! The girls working behind the counter are absolutely asinine and act like complete idiots! They yell and scream at each other.
