This is the first time I have felt unsafe at a Tim Hortons. My scooter charger broke and I was attempting to fix it, and a friend said "This charger is fucked", and an old man holding a puppy in his hand begins to start randomly threatening me and my friends saying lines like "Dont be saying that word around women" and "I'm trying to remain respectful" and "You really want to fight?", he was getting all up in my friends face and I was considering calling the cops. The guy leaves, then another person exits the building threatening my friend and threatening to destroy my scooter when I had nothing to do with it. Saying lines like "I will destroy this bike" "I will beat your ass" and finally left after my friend called another friend to backup. The worker came out and explained that the second person was autistic and he can't help it. I understand that, but he was preparing to destroy property and fight someone. I've been to this location before and usually had a great experience with fast, friendly service--so I expected the same on this visit. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. I stopped in around 6:00 AM to grab a simple order before heading out on a trip: a number seven combo, a couple donuts, and a chocolate chip muffin. Nothing custom, nothing complicated--just items straight from the menu. There were only two cars in the drive-thru and I was the only customer inside, so I assumed it would be a quick in-and-out. Instead, I waited 35 minutes. The three employees on shift were too busy bickering with each other to focus on service. I wasn't even acknowledged until they finished the drive-thru orders. When they finally took my order, they were slow, disorganized, and forgot items along the way. The whole experience threw off my schedule for the day. Sadly, I don't think I'll be returning to this location. Thirty-five minutes for a basic order--with no crowd and food already prepared--is simply unacceptable. read more

I stop here twice a week before work. Every person I've encountered is always friendly.

The south person was understanding was very helpful for where I was at. Quite sure something was that you were serving very polite. Nice it was a wonderful experience and a pleasure. I would always go back there. Tim Hortons is the best. read more

What happened here?!? This Tim Hortons used to be great. Young (and assuming) inexperienced crew, Rude food maker and why is the front door locked 30 minutes after "lobby open". 24hrs. Sure but I fear waiting in a rush here. The franchise owner needs to pop in and right the ship. read more

This is the most dysfunctional tim hortons in the area.the employees are lazy AF. They manipulate serving time by holding cars at the speaker until the car in front leaves . Today at 6am they decided to " close for a minute " while they had a line of people getting their days started. The price is never the same when I go . Runner up to Starbucks for coffee and breakfast sandwiches. The drive thru is faster but the quality of food is tastier and better at S-bucks. The lunch menu is okay no fireworks or anything spectacular happening. The soup and sandwich combo is a good deal for the price. I like the turkey sandwich with creamy potato soup. For breakfast I like sausage and egg white on english muffin with a medium coffee and a glazed doughnut. read more

I'm very upset when I make an order of 2 different meals and it's the supervisor of Tim Hortons that screws up the order. The thing of it is the shift working is basically all kids , and you hear the laughing and having a good time but their not paying attention to what their doing and you can't expect them to do the things the way they should if the supervisor is messing things up just as bad. I will definitely will discourage my friends and family from going to Wyandotte Tim Hortons. read more

Requested a hot coffee and I got a cold one hope they will care better for there service

This Tim Hortons is horrible. All workers very young & no one in charge. They have 4 or 5 chairs outside where everyone wants to sit on a beautiful day. While there are prob 15 chairs inside with no one sitting on them. A Snippy rude girl puts up hand written signs dont take chairs outside. NO ONE CLEANS THE BATHROOM OR OUTSIDE tables. Again where everyone sits. You could stand inside for 10 min waiting to order while they wait ONLY on drive thru. After 9 pm no donuts or anything to buy except icecream. Never any chili. Run VERY POORLY! Need an adult manager. Wish the owner would stop by & use the bathroom & sit at a sticky outside table. Oh yea you cant sit cause theres NO CHAIRS. People bring there own chairs to a restaraunt ?!? Do you care at all about your customers?! This store is NOT OPEN 24 hrs read more

I've been going here for years with my friends and it's always our go-to place. The service is usually good and I've never really had any worker mess up my order. Also the seats and tables are always clean and the whole lobby area is pretty much always clean. Also the prices are very reasonable and personally I think their coffee tastes just as good as any other place. read more

Given this Tim Hortons 2 chances and both times left very disappointed. Worse customer service i ever received from a Tim Hortons.

Went to their location yesterday with no problem. The girl that helped us was new and she did a great job. She was being train in some procedures as I was there. They all seemed happy and were friendly to me. I will continue to return to this location. Ice cream was great. read more
