These first-time buyers wholeheartedly recommend them! Zillow assigned us to Garrett (and, with Garrett, Arynne) when we expressed interest in seeing a house in Fresno. We're not usually ones to just accept a random assignment since we don't know the quality of what we're getting. Normally, we would've done an exhaustive search to find the perfect agent & likely even created a pros/cons spreadsheet. We approach all big personal decisions like they're work projects. But, right after being assigned, we were happily surprised. Garrett replied within a few minutes despite it being late in the evening on a weekend. From our very first call, Garrett stood out by being communicative, energetic, knowledgeable & interested. And that was just the start of a beautiful relationship. He & Arynne clearly understood the craziness of the current market and knew a ton about the region. They took us out to lunch, seemed desirous to get to know us so they could get a solid handle on what would make us happy & asked lots of great questions. They listened--REALLY LISTENED--to what we wanted/needed. They were always extremely professional, yet, also warm & kind. They executed on their desire to help us & went above & beyond every step of the process. Those aren't just words but truly a work-style philosophy. They set up a convenient automated search for us & we jumped right in together. We're 3 hrs away from Fresno. They toured several houses for us & made detailed, personalized video tours. That may seem like a small thing, but it was especially meaningful to me. She put into action that she had listened & remembered when other realtors clearly had blown those things off. Years ago, we heard this piece of wisdom: people don't care about how much you know until they know how much you care. In that one act & in many, many acts to follow, Arynne & Garrett illustrated their caring for us as people while never making us feel like merely the human means to their ends ($$$). In more ways than I'll detail here, they showed that they're people of integrity doing purpose-driven work that aligns w/their deeply held values. Garrett once tossed off a comment, "we just want to help," & Arynne repeatedly told us that our relationship doesn't stop at the end of the transaction & that their greatest desire is for us to be super happy in our new home. Even now, after signing on the dotted line & almost ready to move in, they continue to support us by receiving deliveries at our new house, giving contractors access to the place, & just keeping an eye on things during this stressful transition time. Sorry for the long essay, but if you made it this far, you're not surprised to hear us say, you absolutely WILL NOT get better than the dynamic duo of Garrett & Arynne. We entered the Fresno market after searching on/off in another CA city for quite a while. Experiences w/6 different realtors led us to the conclusion that real life's nothing like reality TV.
