The slightly longer version: After my father passed, his home suddenly became the property of me and my three siblings. Needless to say, four people selling a home creates some complications. That's when Paul Dumke came to the rescue. Although I live in Texas, my siblings all live in the Buchanan/Baroda area. When we discussed who we should have represent us as a realtor, they immediately chose Paul; they've all known him for years and told me of his stellar reputation. They weren't wrong. Step one in the sale: Paul looked over the property. He told me what needed to be addressed for the home to meet FHA and VA home loan standards, then he created a short list of changes he would recommend to help the home sell more quickly. Since I don't live in the area, Paul told me where I could buy the items I needed (ground fault isolating outlets, paint, light fixtures, etc.), which brand to buy for the best price, and even what isle to find them in at the store.
