He came to my house the next day to look at and measure the roof for the quote, which he provided a day later. I had already received a few quotes. His quote was competitive, and he struck me as a trustworthy person; his explanation of what his crew would need to do and how they would do it fell in line with my expectations based on my roofing experience. When his crew showed up, they were ready to work. They worked fast and efficiently, while paying attention to the smallest details. They had the entire job done in one day. The roof looks great. The cleanup was amazing. The concern for my flowerbeds, windows, deck and balcony was obvious. Since last October, I spent over $1,000.00 for Teed to try fix my furnace. I have had to miss work…read moreand spend days sitting in a cold house with space heaters running. Josh last came to my house on Friday, 1/3 and by Sunday 1/5, I did not have heat. I was told by two separate companies (1/7/25 and 1/8/25) that the problem with my furnace is that there are two cracks in the heat exchanger. One company said they most likely had been there for a long time and that I had carbon monoxide leaking in my house. One company told me Teed should have not continuously charged me for labor until they either fixed the problem or were able to detail why I needed a new furnace. In spite of this, Teed wants me to pay them an additional $546.80 for the work done on 1/3 and has threated to put a lien on my home if I don't pay. They now say that they continuously told me I needed a new furnace, and I didn't listen. This is not true. I worked with Mike years ago and had great service. I mostly worked with Josh this time and this is completely unacceptable.
