They removed the wrong vehicle from my policy, which mistakes happen and she can back date the mistake. My issue is I called on 8/20/2021 to report there was an issue with the vehicles listed on my renewal policy. I was advised it would be taken care of...I called on 8/24/2021 and she still didn't resolve the vehicles on my policy. Didn't even bother calling me back...sent me emails stating that she is "human" while not resolving the issue with my auto policy. She didn't even correct her mistake...I had to call back as I looked on my online Erie account and the mistake was not corrected. It required me to call Strock again to have her address her mistake.
