I wouldn't even give them 1 star. We called and worked with someone 5 days in advanced to make sure…read morethe new vehicle was available, ready and clean. We drove 3 hours one way and within 30 seconds of looking at the recently cleaned and "ready" for us NEW vehicle, not used, but "new", the entire interior of the vehicle smelled like cigarette smoke. That's not a "new" vehicle. We opted to test drive a used vehicle they had on their lot of the same model but 1 year older and used. It still even had the new vehicle smell and looked decent other than the front tires were beyond bald. The price they gave us was MORE than the "new" vehicle they offered. They were unwilling to budge. We simply asked them to match the price and offer a 100,000 5 year power train and bumper to bumper warranty with new tires. The "new" vehicle came with a lifetime power train warranty so it wasn't like we were asking for the world. We left. So, an entire work day plus 6+ hours of driving for a "new" vehicle for nothing. I can see why now they have so many vehicles left on their lot and no patrons there to purchase.

I was looking for a used vehicle using autotrader.com and found close to what I was looking for at…read morethis dealer. First, I do not trust auto dealers. Second, I was extremely wary of buying a used vehicle, but with the economy what it is, that's all that my budget could handle. I called the dealer and asked if the vehicle was still there. The woman I spoke to said it was and asked if I'd like to set a time to come and see it. I told her I lived 2 hours away, and I don't want to drive all the way there and then be told it was sold. I've read about this happening to many different people about various car dealers. She said they don't do business that way and it will be there. After a long drive I was pleased to find that it was there. They had it cleaned and detailed for me. I met with a salesman named David. He was very polite and didn't seem pushy at all. He was able to answer most all my questions about the vehicle. Considering that I'm not a mechanic, I inspected the car as best possible and took it for a test drive. The experience was good. I didn't feel pushed to buy it. They didn't come down as far as I'd hoped on price, but I did get it for below the Kelly Blue Book Fair Market Range. I would deal with them again.

I purchased a 2017 Yukon Denali from Tim Short Ford of Hazard and had it delivered to my home in…read moreGeorgia. I was reassured by my sales representative vehicle was in very good condition. At delivery, the vehicle already displayed a "Service Suspension" warning. Within approximately 30 days of purchase, the transmission failed and required major repairs. Since then, I have also been faced with additional suspension-related issues and other costly repairs. I contacted the dealership several times to discuss these concerns and provided information about the problems. I hoped the dealership would work with me toward a reasonable resolution, especially given how soon the issues appeared after purchase. Unfortunately, I did not receive the level of assistance or follow-up I expected. I understand the vehicle was sold as-is, but customers should be aware that my experience involved significant repair expenses shortly after purchase and a disappointing response when I sought help. I recommend that anyone considering a purchase obtain an independent inspection and thoroughlyreview the vehicle before completing the sale. This review reflects my personal experience.

Had my vehicle there for almost 3 weeks with check engine light on. Had a camshaft position sensor…read morelight on and it was under warrant. they said it threw 2 things, the battery and camshaft sensor and it was probably the battery and they cancelled the check engine light and it has not come back on. I took my vehicle home after paying 431 dollars for a battery and the next day the light came back on. So i know they cheated me by buying this battery and not changing the camshaft sensor. I went to another place and had the machine put on it and guess what, it was the cam shaft sensor so i will never buy another vehicle from them and will not take my vehicle back there. I do not recommend this company anymore and me and my husband (RIP) were faithful customers.
