My family and I go in, wait about 25 minutes and are seen. The lady re-ran all the info, and said that the price had gone up $4, which was okay. We go in to sign the paperwork, and there are more than 6 mistakes-the name is wrong, the address, birth-date, and a few others. SHE gets pissed off and acts like its our fault THAT SHE HAD MISTYPED it. She takes about 30 mins trying to fix it, and then comes back with a quote that is $45 more. And she's rude as heck about the fact that SHE SCREWED UP. We ended up leaving and going somewhere where the KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. I will NEVER recommend this hateful, unknowledgeable insurance place to anyone. I WILL however, let anybody looking for insurance to know to go some place else.

They made me wait for over a week to get an adjuster for a major claim just to find out it wasn't covered. They knew what the claim was for and didn't bother to tell me up front it wasn't covered. I had to find out from the adjuster that my $10,000 + claim was not covered. When I asked Todd to go over my other policies to check my coverage he was rude and just said you will have to give me a few days to look over them. Never heard back from him.
