This business did an amazing job removing my olive tree from in front of my house. The tree had one stump but four large branches that grew out of it. Olive trees are beautiful but they leave quite a mess behind and have lots of little crevices in them to house hives. A team of four came out within days of reaching out to them and took the tree down, ran the debris through the wood chipper and came back to do the stump grind. We had a great experience with Timber Tree Service and Marco, the owner. As a Chino Hills homeowner, our landscaping is really important to us because our 65-year-old olive tree is the focal point of our front yard. The tree was transplanted here in March 2025, so I wanted to be very careful with this first trim while it's still adjusting to its new home. I'm very detail-oriented (maybe a little picky ), and they honestly exceeded my expectations. The goal was to remove dead branches and only do very light thinning if needed so we didn't stress the tree. Marco totally understood what I wanted and never pushed for more trimming than necessary. They showed up right on time, talked through the plan with me, disinfected their tools before starting, and worked steadily the whole time. Marco stayed on site and guided his crew throughout the project, which I really appreciated. His crew is experienced and also paid close attention to details. Marco is also very knowledgeable about overall tree health, which made me feel really comfortable trusting them with such an old and important tree. When they finished, the cleanup was spotless! Their pricing was very reasonable, and the whole process felt professional but still very personable. We'll be having them back next year to work on shaping once the tree has had more time to settle in. These are the guys you want to hire. They have the best pricing. They are professional and did a great job on cutting our palm trees down to the stump. They covered our pool up to prevent debris from falling in. They also used the leftovers as mulch for our plants. This tree service was excellent. We just had them remove 2 old trees infected with termites and rot. It was hard letting them go but after speaking with the owner Marko , he re assured us that the tree was un savable . His crew was fast and efficient and Marko knew his business well. He was on site as well and educated my wife and I about the different trees to prune and or buy to replace . We will be using them again soon in December to prune the rest of our trees.
