I'm removing some trees for a new fence line. WORST SPRINKLER REPAIR EXPERIENCE! I have had the worst experience for sprinkler repair/maintenance from "EDER LUCERO". I needed new sprinkler valves installed so Eder comes to my house, installs the new sprinkler valves and I pay him the $200 that he charged me and he leaves. I check on the valves and they are leaking, literally leaking water. There is a puddle.. So i call him to come take a look and maybe resolve the issue but instead blames the leak on my water overflow and refuses to even come take a look. BEWARE OF EDER LUCERO !!!! This guy is out to make a quick buck and not really care about the outcome of the job or customer service!!! He posts on next door constantly so if you see the name EDER LUCERO!!-- he is a SCAM! I am updating my review with Eder. I had ask Eder to make sure to make the landscape design somehow to not have anymore grass and weed because I don't have anytime to maintain them. He told me OKAY he will pour 4inches thick of mulch and then he poured over around the rocks as decoration. I honestly did not see much labor done for the money I had paid. Eder worked for a total of 4.5 hours and expected $300 material supplies money upfront. I paid over $$1100 and if divided out he was making over $200 am hour that day. This as a rip off and he didn't lay under the mulch any plastic fabric sheeting to make sure weeds don't grow. He told me I have to spray each weed What's the whole purpose of me doing the landscaping if I have to spray all over my front yard? Might as well buy a lawnmower and have grass! This is terrible business. If you didn't do the job right you need to correct it and make sure to get it done so you promise your customers what you agreed on. I would not trust This business I never received a receipt at the end of the job when I was told I will either. Had to have a 12 year old orange tree relocated in our yard. Received quotes from multiple businesses. Pricing was all the same. The difference was in communications with Eder Tree Service. The owner was very upfront and as I further learned has an incredible amount of knowledge. He gave me a quote but he actually wanted to see the tree itself, not just pictures. He explained that he needed to check the health of the tree before bringing out his crew so he scheduled an appointment and was on time. He explained everything in detail after looking at the tree. Tree was/is healthy so transplanting outcome is about 80% positive. He explained that trimming and shaping would also be helpful, and at no additional cost. Eder returned a few days later with his crew and performed the tree relocation. He and his crew did a wonderful job and communicated very well. He also noted a rot issue with one of the palm trees. Although the fronds looked green and healthy, the tree is rotted. He should me the area of the trunk and pulled off the section of rot. There is nothing left inside and the tree is going to die and fall on its own. It was very bad. I asked if he could remove the tree and his crew did so in short order. I will use Eder Tree Service going forward. We also have landscaping to be done in the backyard and we will be going forward with Eder on this as well. I would highly recommend Eder Tree Service.
