I stop by 20 minutes before they close so it was it too busy but still the employees seem to be full of energy. The display at the glass windows at this corner shop is really attractive. The decoration inside is just not too fancy but definitely classy. I did not take pictures tonight because I thought I had to review this place earlier. She was short with communication, accused us of lying about the shoes being on sale at all over this past weekend, refused to honor the price (even though we had a receipt showing the sale price of the same style shoe in other sizes being ordered just yesterday). I understand this is a special situation, that won't happen everyday. However, the customer service of the woman appearing to be in a leadership role was less than ideal and no where near inviting, helpful, or friendly. To the gentlemen that assisted us last night AND this morning, thank YOU for your kindness, patience, and willingness to help! $20 off the original price, is a bummer to miss out on. We skipped the purchase, and will be returning the other sizes we ordered in this same style. I called and then they said the district manager never got the email so they would resend it. Now I have to wait another 24-48 hours. Absolutely pissed with this company.
