I have shopped at Eddie Bauer, Banana Republic, and Ann Taylor just to use as an example that if you are out of the size you wanted to purchase it would be sent to your home without paying for shipping. Not the case here, and yes I failed to catch that, but Ron M from customer service made it clear to state it is only free if you spend at least $150. Never again. There are better choices.

Bring in more petites! My wife was able to find great jeans on this Presidents Day holiday at an unbelievable discount. We have quite a collection in our curio cabinet from many birthdays and Christmases. Some might be on special sale price, but may not be priced in the display case as such, so ask the sales person. She hasn't heard anything since. It feels like we are being ignored. We want her medical bill to be paid by the store. Right from the beginning I was greeted by the friendliest employee who was keeping track of how many ppl were in the store and then right when I walked in I was greeted by another employee who asked if I needed any assistance. Later on after finding so many nice deals another employee came up and started a dressing room for me! I had few size changes in the dressing room and I literally felt like royalty! The whole experience was amazing, their manager should be proud! Especially during covid they were taking all the right precautions and even had their dressing rooms open (which I LOVED) I will be shopping at this location very soon!!
