I have shopped at Eddie Bauer, Banana Republic, and Ann Taylor just to use as an example that if you are out of the size you wanted to purchase it would be sent to your home without paying for shipping. Not the case here, and yes I failed to catch that, but Ron M from customer service made it clear to state it is only free if you spend at least $150. Never again. There are better choices.

Bring in more petites! My wife was able to find great jeans on this Presidents Day holiday at an unbelievable discount.
