During this year's snowstorms, there was constant email communication letting customers know what to expect and when (their plow crews were working around the clock). Jacob (the principal), is customer focused to the extreme. He has continuously solicited feedback and, when we've had some minor issues, resolves them right away. Today was a perfect example. I called the office to have them come out and "widen" the driveway a bit (snow mounds were encroaching just a bit onto the driveway). I was very clear -- this was not an urgent request, it was just tidying up the driveway a bit. Less than 20 minutes later there was a plow in the driveway taking care of the matter!
