And guess what? The door still doesn't fit. We don't need another pointless "reset." We need a brand-new door. The one they installed was the WRONG size from the start. They know it, and they're stalling. Now, they won't even return my phone calls or text messages. They're flat-out avoiding us instead of taking responsibility. We placed this order for new windows and doors (see my other review) back in April 2025. It's now almost October, and we're still stuck with a defective door and zero accountability. Renewal by Andersen has wasted months of our time, avoided fixing their mistake, and treated us like we don't matter. My advice? Stay as far away from Renewal by Andersen. Hire a real general contractor--you'll save at least 60% and, more importantly, you won't have to put up with their lies, incompetence, and complete lack of customer service.

We also had a new roof put on two weeks prior and in doing so, we discovered some bits of rotten fascia boards. Originally, ABC wasn't going to be able to do our gutters until much later in the season. They called my hubs to say they would be in our neighborhood the next day and wanted to do the gutters. My hubs explained that we had discovered some rotted fascia and we needed to fix that before the gutters were installed. ABC offered to fix the bad fascia and do the gutters same day. Yes, there was an up charge for the fascia. Totally worth it!! The techs were polite and thorough. They had colors that matched our house and trim. We did not opt for the gutter guard system, we don't have many trees. My neighbor loves her gutter guards, though.

We have been in our new custom home for six months purchased custom wood doors from Builders…read moreMillwork Supply, doors are already warping, panels are not complete with holes exposing snow into our home. Seals on every door in the home do not seal, snow comes in our home. Spoke with Dennis Stantorf, General manager, he is aware his doors are in our home and that there are problems but stated clearly that even though Builders Millwork Supply custom made the doors for our home, unless the contractor requested his company come to the site and identify the problem he is not willing to do warranty work. Rest assured they have proven on every level that even though there is a severe problem with their product they will turn their back on you. From sales person to the office manager to the general manager everybody turns their back on you. Buyer beware!
