Horrible service, clearly the administrative staff is overwhelmed so it makes me wonder about the medical staff. Entrance area is confusing, do you want the patients to wait on the social distancing decals on the floor or do you want people to walk up to the desk and use the kiosk to sign in? When people asked the woman at the desk, her response was not polite, very sharp almost to the point of nasty. After waiting my turn, a person copying all my identification, signing documents etc. they tell me they can not do the test today as you are waiting for prior authorization. So the travel to the facility was a waste of my time and transportation. The appointment was made over 3 weeks ago, they text yesterday to confirm the appointment, text documents to complete. I contacted my insurance company, despite the appointment being made over 3 weeks ago, the approval request was only submitted late wednesday afternoon. Thursday you text to confirm the appointment, friday you refuse service because you didn't file the request for prior approval in a timely manner. TERRIBLE SERVICE - there are other facilities available. read more

TimberRidge's X-ray system of "no scheduling" an appointment is ridiculous!!! I waited for THREE HOURS for an x-ray that took the technician 5 minutes to take. I was later informed that I could have gone "down the street" to have the x-ray taken and that Tuesday was a "bad day". Too bad, I wasn't informed when I first arrived! Walked in and appears to be a man napping behind the welcome desk. Walked to the left bypassed him to imaging to check in and handed over my drivers license for appointment ( address everything up to date on Id and the receptionist asked for address, I said " it's all up to date and correct on license , the lady said (it's small I can't read it , this receptionist couldn't see anything cause she gave back papers asking if I signed them when I did ! They continue to use inexperienced techs to insert IVS when an MRI is done with contrast dye. In May, the tech caused me to have two hematomas in both arms before she finally called for a more experienced nurse to insert the IV. When I returned on 12/4 for a follow up MRI, there was another new tech who again stabbed me repeatedly but was unable to get the IV in and left a hematoma on one arm. She finally called for help and the experienced nurse got it started the first time. The test is stressful enough without adding to your discomfort. I never have problems with blood tests or donating blood but it is obvious that the techs they are using are inexperienced. Most of the people going there for tests are elderly and have more difficult veins to locate so I would suggest they hire experienced nurses to insert IVs. 12/13/2024 Update- I was contacted by a staff member at Timber Ridge Imaging Center who assured me they would provide more training for the techs and I thanked her for her call. On 12/11/2024, a week after the test was performed, I spoke to my doctor who advised me that Timber Ridge had not faxed over the test results as of 12/11/2024, so his staff had to follow up and contact them. This wastes their time and shows a lack of professionalism and poor management. I stand by my review and my rating of 1 star. Please do better. read more

So sorry I am still dealing with the imaging centers billing call center. Ridiculous they don't answer the phone. You have to email them and they keep trying to bill me when they shouldn't be. Even had my insurance on the phone to tell them what to do. I like to Imaging Center for mammograms, I just hate the billing call center. Don't understand why these companies go to one huge center for everything and they're not even open. read more

This place gives doctors a bad name. All they care about is getting as much money as they can out of you. To make matters worse, they have outsourced their billing department, so when you call you can't get anything resolved because they need to "talk to their client". After two months and multiple calls, we still can't get our issue resolved. I highly urge you to avoid this business! Trying to rip off seniors is no way to conduct business. Please go somewhere else so that unscrupulous greedy firms like this don't get your money. We will be contacting the state to file a complaint. Make things easier on yourself and go somewhere else. I am about to call my attorney. My dr ordered stat MRI, MRA, Carotid ultrasound the day I was discharged from the ER. Well, I was told two days later after having taken the following day off that they forgot to flag the stat order. So when I called, they apologized after admitting the mistake and gave me an appointment 4 days later. The only way I got that appointment was becUse I reminded them of their mistake and said I'd call my attorney which is what I am going to do. So far I didn't have a major stroke but could have because of their blunder. I don't trust them. Had I not insisted they would have put me off for weeks. Be aware. Your life may depend on it. The billing dept sucks....I need testing done and it's costly...I am a retiree that works part time and asked to make payment arrangements on the test my doctor ordered....well they'd rather I die than try to help the doctor diagnose this ongoing issues....I have never skipped a payment and when they knew it was from the auto accident and insurance paid their part, I paid mine.... read more

I just had my annual mammogram and was very impressed. It was very easy to schedule an appointment, their paperwork was simple (as it should be). I was called right back. The person performing the mammogram asked me a series of questions and entered them directly into the computer which was also quick and easy. I was in and out in no time and it was very efficient. Everyone was nice. If anything changes, I will update my review but happy so far with this place. At least for my annual mammogram. read more

Timberridge Imaging is very efficient and everyone is very friendly. I have two suggestions: One, music of the patient's choice through earphones to drown out the noise of the MRI machine would help to relax the patient. Two, letting the patient know between imagines how long the next session will be would also help to calm the patient. read more
