What a great spot to grab some burgers! they are juicy and delicious. We all ordered burgers and fries with sodas. There is music outside along with picnic tables to eat outside. This restaurant is along the Trail of the Couer d'Alenes. Our daughter met us here for lunch after she biked 45 miles of the trail. After lunch she took off to finish the bike route and we checked out the music playing in the side yard. Our waitress was very friendly.

Food was exempt along with the wild fri sauce and timber sauce! Waitress was friendly and polite even though she was very busy working alone! Don't expect to be in a hurry when you go in to this grill, just sit back and relax and enjoy some good conversation with your friends and or family! Well assortment of draft beers, cocktails and wine! A most go to grill, the Timbers grill is excellent!

Surprising gem of a stop after driving the wrong route and randomly stopping mainly for a break. Had their version of French Dip and Cheese Stake sandwiches with hand cut and sweet potato fries. Both sandwiched were huge, nice non basic bread, and great tasting. Staff was sweet and the resturant setting was like a nice log cabin. Unexpected for random small stop. Great Place read more

We took forever to decide what to order as the menu was amazing. We were camping near Cataldo to ride the Trail of the C'DA. Now need to come out again just for this restaurant. read more

Went here today for Mother's Day, thought we'd try something different. I will say it was horrible! My mom and I both ordered their special, she had the ribs, mashed potatoes and broccoli, the ribs were BERY dry, the mashed potatoes were COLD! I had steak, shrimp, and mashed potatoes, my potatoes were cold she took my plate to go warm my potatoes, she put everything on my plate in the microwave, making my shrimp and steak overdone. We told her the ribs were dry, her response "oh", not "I'm sorry" nothing! Highly disappointed, most likely will never go back. Service wasn't the best either, felt like we were a bother to our main waitress. read more

It is pretty good food but the burgers have been insanely salty the last few times I've gone. It really is the only thing in town unless you make your way into Kellogg or beyond. read more

Placed order for dinner to go on phone. Wife order Chicken Caesar salad as they didn't have advertised salmon caesar salad. I ordered bacon Cheese burger. We were staying in local area, and Timbers has always delivered great food. This time my wife's chicken caesar sald was made up of iceberg lettuce and processed chicken. The dressing tasted like lemon juice mixed with mayonaise. My bacon Cheese burger was deliscious. But the 6-8 fries included were cold and not at all appetizing. Wife reached out to Timbers via e.mail but received no reply. read more

Walked here from the campground for a late lunch/early dinner (only 5 mins walk away!). Didn't expect much from what appeared to be the only restaraunt around - and with not great Verizon service, I couldn't get on Yelp to confirm or deny). Turns out is is super cute! Decor is adorable, love the wood tables and chairs, fun stuff on the wall to keep you occupied, but also a couple TVs to catch the game, or in this case, Iron Chef. Ordered a huckleberry lemonade and cheeseburger (no onion) with curly fries (the only side/fries left per the service, totally fine with me). Service was pleasant and the food took a normal amount of time. Cheeseburger was great, once i pulled off the onions (oops), the bun was amazing. Tried 2 of the 3 sauces (skipped the "fire" one) and while the house sauce was almost too horseradishy for me, mixed with a little ketchup and fry sauce (I guess, it wasn't actually labeled), it was perfect for me! I'd go back just for the curly fries and bun, I mean burger, alone! Definitely worth the very-short walk from the campground! read more

Loved the food. Worth the travel from Kellog or a quick exit off the interstate. I will stop in again for sure the next time I pass through!

Great burger! I had the lumberjack and I thought it was excellent. The extra sauces were a nice touch, will definitely be back!

Pulled into this place on our UTVs after a hard days ride. Covered in dust and dirt. Had the best sandwiches and chicken fried steak we've had in recent times. Great waitress and friendly customers. Definitely on my return to list! read more

listen, I have never written a review. but if you are hungry DEFINITELY pick this! we needed a place to stop for dinner and we found this place in the middle of no where... but let me tell you it is GREAT! They have a HUGE menu of lots of different choices, and their burgers are exceptionally amazing! You can get HUGE burger and fries for about $20! Our waitress was so nice and friendly and they work so hard to make sure you have an enjoyable experience! The building itself is cute and rustic, but put together place. Go here! read more

We missed the Mission Cafe on our annual visits to Cataldo. Pretty excited to see a new business there. If you are a burger or chili cheese fries kinda person this is a 5 Star place! Some of us said 5 stars & some said 4. Fairly prompt service, expectable prices & goood food! See ya next year! read more
