Just so everyone knows, I do not hand out praise very easily. I only do when I feel an individual - or a business, in this case - truly deserves it. Time Out Pet Care is one of those businesses that deserves it. I have had (and still do) multiple occasions, where I needed their services. My cute little pug - "Gene" is his name - has spent a lot of time here, and continues to enjoy excellent care. I have spoken at length with the staff here, and they are genuinely dedicated to giving your pet the best possible care - each and every time. I can't speak for the staff, of course. However, I am willing to bet that if you provide them with as much advanced notice as possible - in addition to following their suggested guidelines, they will do whatever it takes to satisfy your pet care needs. This place is run by a lovely lady named Cheryl Griffith. It's clear to me, that Ms. Griffith has a genuine passion for what she does - and she is most certainly at the top of her game. And she only hires people who share the same passion, so that the good service you expect is consistent. New to the area, I was in need of someone to walk my dogs on a schedule and be prepared for last minute changes in my schedule. Our 1st meeting with Cheryl was great and we knew she was the right fit. I felt comfortable wth her and more importantly, the dogs love her!!!!! Cheryl and her son Griff took care of our baby doggie Sally regularly over the past year, since Sally was just a puppy and later when she was a big girl. I can't thank her enough for all the help and patience and advice when Sally was sick or just being silly doggie. Cheryl's place is a second home for Sally, a home where she met her first boyfriend Apollo and her first cat friends. We are moving to a different neighborhood and we will miss Cheryl very much. Cheryl was my go-to for regular care for my yellow lab Roger for well over a year! Roger adores her and she is affectionate with him as well. She has a natural affinity for dogs and knows how to take great care of them. She also kept Roger tired and happy with lots of regular exercise (including fetch) when I left him with her during business trips. This husband wife team is awesome! They have been walking my dog for over two years, I tried other walkers prior to this but they are the only walkers that charge fair prices, treat my dogs like gold and are available on a short (half hour notice) without charging crazy fees! We have been using Cheryl to watch our dog when we're out of town for about 9 months. Gypsy loves going to Cheryl's and is very happy and tired when she comes home. Cheryl cares about the dogs and limits the number of dogs so everyone gets along. Extremely good service and we always get a picture during her stays showing us what a good time she is having. Cheryl has been fantastic! I travel for work and my boyfriend works evenings, Cheryl has been easy going and very flexible with her times to accommodate our unique schedules.
