The plan involved a telephone call only, no written report (nor anything written), and I did not learn a thing. She did not inform me of NJ domestic partnerships or other tax-savings strategies for my future RMD's. I learned more from the WSJ. At the time, I asked what this firm charged for an uncomplicated tax return which for me involved cd bank interest and stock dividends, pension, social security, property taxes paid on my house. The charge quote then was $800 for a simple return. My CPA then and now charge less than half that amount. My boyfriend lived next door to this company. As we sold his home I can now be honest about my personal unimpressive experience.

My experience was fantastic--Kiki met with me on time, completed my return as I sat in her office and charged me a more than reasonable fee. After being a quoted a fee from a Hoboken accountant that I can categorize as nothing short of highway robbery it was a breath of fresh air. I work for the Arch Diocese, and we have been on the search for a security company for the many…read moreevents we host and for the protection of the Basilica. I have been to several businesses that use this company services ( on the recommendation of others who have used their services before) and I have to say EXTREMELY disappointing. There is no employee support, no consideration for their staff, and disrespectful treatment of their employees is not curtailed at all. Trader Joes (market street, Phila, Pa.) managers treat their guards with contempt and disrespect. I personally watched and listened to the manager yelling at a Narrow Security Guard (in front of customers) and using foul language towards this young man (who kept his composure) after he explained he had a family emergency he was addressing during his break. Later to find this young man was terminated. I witnessed another young man being accused of being inappropriate with an employee at the Forever 21 store. The manager was a disgruntled, Older, black woman and interjected herself into a conversation that had nothing to do with what she accused that young man of. When she was confronted by other patrons, she quickly excused herself to the rear of the store. That young man was let go as well. This is the type of crap that pisses me off and puts me in a position to not shop bat any of these locations. I specifically watched these incidents in hopes that I see Narrow security defend their staff, but disappointingly enough they did not. For my company and its many events, Narrow Security is a disappointment. When you support your staff, you get loyalty and hard workers. When you treat your staff as if they are expendable and aren't valued, well you get what you ask for.
