So I've been seeing Melonie since she was in Los Gatos (Evolve Salon) for at least 5 years now. I was traveling about 1.5 hours each time to see her because she's just that good. I lost a decent amount of hair through the years, especially after having my babies. She makes my hair look like it's naturally full. I use the extensions more for adding volume than length. Yes, you can do that. She also gives a great Brazilian blow out. Mine lasts forever, compared to other places I've gone to before. Don't let the small amount of reviews fool you. I've never gotten extensions before so I was super nervous about it, but I loveeeee them! Melonie is super sweet and helpful, I didn't want to color my hair again and wanted the extensions to blend into the dye that was already on my hair so Melonie helped me pick a color that was spot on and she was texting me back and forth answering all my questions I didn't ask during our consultation. I discovered Melanie at her Evolve Salon in Los Gatos in Sept 2019 when I was looking for an alternative to the Brazilian knot extensions I had had in for a year and a half. I wanted to explore other extension options and pricing and I liked Melanie a lot the first time I spoke to her! She was very knowledgable and answered all my questions about various methods and pricing, When I went in for a consultation she took her time looking at my hair and asking me what I wanted and we decided that flat tips would be the best option for me. She also suggested we use two different colors to achieve some depth for my red hair.
