The hours on Saturday September 2, 2023 were 10am to 6pm. We contacted the Spectrum service number before taking the 1 hour trip. Spectrum customer service assured us that the store was open until 6pm even on the holiday weekend. When we arrived at 5:15 pm the store was closed. Neither customers nor Spectrum customer service have any way of contacting the store directly to find out if it's open. Our rating for this store is in the negative numbers. This is not the first time this has happened. Customers can never tell if the store is open or not unless they drive there and see an open or closed sign on the door. Let me begin with.......absolutely worse internet/tv service ever. Since Time Warner and Spectrum became one, a bad service has become even worse...FAR WORSE. Wifi is virtually non-existent..constantly cutting out and disconnecting. NESN has been and continues to be pixilated.....cannot watch a show on that channel and enjoy it. Outdated equipment that you have to request to be replaced when it should be done automatically. I can go on and on......but all one needs to do is check customers Facebook pages to see how everyone feels about the high prices and substandard service. It's a shame that spectrum wont extend a disconnection for 5 days to help a veteran during christmas. Apparently my $144 is preventing them from paying their bills. I asked for a 5 day extension and their response was "nope. Sorry. And my manager will tell you the same thing" Truly horrible customer service. Especially during the holiday when so many people are struggling. I will def be looking for other companies and letting my veteran community know to not use this service. read more

Right now I am on my 3rd call to this company after my first two calls went poorly. 1. talked to someone in sales gathered all my information got pricing on what I wanted changed. Transferred (tried to) me someone. Phone rang once then hung up. 2. talked to someone in sales gathered information got pricing on what I wanted changed she also said I needed to be transferred this time asked for a number because I got disconnected last time. When being transferred the phone rang for 2 minutes and went right back to the main phone prompt. 3. Called the number I got from the 2nd call 14 minutes into the call and I am listening to a recording about how important my time is. So very sad that we continue to be stuck with Time Warner Cable for a provider in the Orange/Athol area. I hate leaving my New Bedford Xfinity service for slow service that I have at my home in Orange. Although they are more than willing to take your money for "Extreme" internet, they can barely keep the internet up and running. 30 mb service during the day when folks are at work, but 3-4 mb in the evening. Invest some money in the area and fix the network to provide the level of service you sell, or get out of town. Let another company come in and fix your broken network if you don't want to. read more

I pulled the plug on Charter (now spectrum) two years ago. Mainly for their ridiculous high prices. I kept the internet service and lately I have been receiving offers from spectrum for internet and tv $39.99 / month each for 1 year no contract. I think hmm not bad, its an app, can watch on any device similar to netflix and its only $15 more then internet. So I call. Im no rocket science but I know $39.99 + $39.99 does not equal $141. I hung up, guess I will sign on to nitro tv or something similar. read more
