Switched from Verizon to spectrum phone last week. I thought I was trading in my old phone for $135 toward the new purchase. When the self addressed envelope never arrived I called spectrum and they said an error was made at the store and you have to go back. Well I am now at the store and they admit it was a Spectrum error but will not make me good for it. I was quoted $135 but they say they are not authorized to give a credit even Though it was their error. That is very bad business. Looks like I should have stayed with Verizon. read more

I still believe the internet price is high, but I have switched from Verizon to Spectrum Mobile. The customer service in the Saranac Lake store was very helpful read more
