When the self addressed envelope never arrived I called spectrum and they said an error was made at the store and you have to go back. Well I am now at the store and they admit it was a Spectrum error but will not make me good for it. I was quoted $135 but they say they are not authorized to give a credit even Though it was their error. That is very bad business. Looks like I should have stayed with Verizon.

I'll preface this with the fact that I am planning on ditching this phone as soon as the new one comes out, and I just needed something cheap and easy to carry me until this September. If that sounds like you, these guys are the right choice. Had these guys fix a cracked phone (front and back) and, while quick and affordable, the replacement parts are rather low quality. Back glass seems perfectly fine, other than the fact that my MagSafe charging isn't as secure as it once was. I had major issues with my screen after it was fixed but the staff were quick to help me out, even gave me a most of my money back for the display (I had already taken the phone to apple to get an OEM screen put on, and could not get them to give me the screen from these guys to return for a proper refund; all in all I'd say this is fair). All in all Id recommend these guys if you need a cheap quick fix so you can still qualify for apples early upgrade program or a trade in promotion, but if you're looking for a long term repair, it's best to go to the apple store for genuine apple parts that'll last you. Hopefully soon the Right To Repair movement will reach a point where all of these small business owners can get their hands on genuine parts for proper fixes and we can stop relying solely on a tech giant like Apple for our repairs and give our money back to the local guys.

I had difficulty transferring my phone number from another cell company. Several Verizon employees worked hard to help me get my phone working again so I would not be out of phone service for 3 days. Thanks goes to Kia in Porting and Activation for getting my number over to Verizon in 20 minutes instead of 3 days. I switched services because my bill kept going up I paid thousands into that company over 3 years just for one phone and one service plan. The service plan kept increasing without warning. They charge government fees and nonsense charges on your account. When I paid off my phone they locked my phone and it took me days to get a service plan due to them locking my phone. I ended up going into the store in Rutland, VT where DAVID knew exactly my issue & fixed it within 15 minutes. Samsung automatically updates my phone, and this update was flawed, as it wiped everything off my home screen (except the Google apps), and wouldn't let me move any of my apps back to my home screen. 4 hours of frustration, and it was fixed by a store tech in less than 15 minutes. Don't waste your precious time with Verizon phone techs because honestly, they are very nice & TRY to help, but didn't.
