The place seemed to be under renovation of some kind, there were signs to that effect, but everything was clean nonetheless. The artist took care with sanitation and had a great attitude. I went to Needle Prixx to see about getting my earlobes re pierced. The artist took one look and said "I may not have to pierce these at all. They might just open back up. If so I'm not charging you." That's exactly what happened! All he charged me for was the jewelry! The whole experience has me considering that tattoo I've been thinking about for years... I went to this shop to get a birthday piercing in 2023. A vertical labre. The guy cork screwed the…read moreneedle while it was half way in my lip. He gave me his number and told me to message him if I had any questions or issues with it upon leaving. The ball fell off the next day from it not being securely installed. I only had a plastic ball to replace it to prevent it from coming completely out. I messaged the number he provided to let him know what happened and try to schedule coming into the shop the next day. No response. I returned to the shop the next day. I was greeted by a woman and explained to her what had happened. She took me back into the piercing room, put on gloves and went to remove the plastic ball. This woman who wasn't the piercer turned the curved barbell around in my fresh piercing three times before she decided to get the actual piercer to help. Tears were rolling down my face from the pain. The actual piercer came in and used hemostats to remove the jewelry and replace the ball I was missing. He asked me if I had messaged the number he gave me about the issue I had to which I said yes and he said "oh I was having issues with my phone last night. Keep messaging that number" I hadn't even told him when I messaged him and for him to tell me to keep messaging a number I didn't get a response from made me feel like it was a game. It took over a year for this piercing to heal, my bottom lip stayed chapped and peaked the entire time and any time I still take the piercing out you can feel the crock screw in the hole and the jewelry has to force its way through the hole it doesn't slide in like a curved piercing should either a curved barbell. I will never return to this place for any service nor will I recommend this place to anyone. When I'm asked about my piercing, because I have many of them and know how to properly care for them, I tell the person asking about my story. Yes it was awesome to get a free piercing on my birthday but no I would never return because regardless of it being free they fucked my piercing on my face up. Super glad my body didn't reject it though I feel like that was the intent because the piercer said several times that the body may reject this piercing like a disclaimer despite seeing how many other piercings I have on my face.

This was the first time my sister and I have had lash extensions and we will definitely be back to Sylvia. The process took about 90 minutes, we didn't wear eye makeup there so that helped. When Sylvia finished she asked how we liked it and if we wanted anything different. We LOVE this look and appreciated the little starter kit for taking care of our lashes. I was a little eerie to trust someone I didn't know at a tattoo shop I had never heard of, putting ink on my body, but I'm so glad I let him do it anyways! I have had absolutely nothing other than amazing experiences here. The tattoo I got that day was a wave on the inside of my heel by an artist named Josh. He was very friendly and did an amazing job at making me feel comfortable and safe. He opened all brand new products right in front of me and everything was extremely clean. The prices are also very affordable! I went back a month later and had another tattoo done by Josh on my back. I highly recommend him!
