In my opinion, the…read moremain contact person of this company has absolutely HORRIBLE communication skills, and seriously is full of excuses when it comes to work not being done correctly, if you need them to come back to fix something, or when they just don't show up at all to do the work. This is one of the most forgetful group of "professionals" that i have ever paid money to. I have literally never met anyone so bad at communicating with their customers in my entire life. To the point where I contacted them over a month ago asking for their help with a simple task with our landscaping, I received two responses and had to have my husband contact them to remind them what we needed them for. In one response from them that I received, I was given an estimated time to which they would be here, and they never showed up and still, almost NEVER respond to any of my attempts to contact them. I understand that people in this industry are busy with other customers, but when we paid almost $3,000, for the work, I expect to have some kind of service and to not be completely ignored when I try to communicate about the work that was done. Especially if the work was not good. One of plants that we were given over the summer shriveled up and died within the first few weeks of being planted, although we followed every direction to a T, that he gave us for aftercare. When we contacted him about the plant's condition, again, we were given nothing but excuses, and we were not offered a new plant to replace the dead one. Although what we paid for apparently came with a "warranty." I had high hopes when I hired them to work with us. But unfortunately feel that they are unprofessional, don't care about their customers, and it's just plain ridiculous. I would NOT recommend. We will be working with someone else from now on, for any landscaping needs; as I'm sure there are tons of others, in the landscaping industry that know how to put their PAYING CUSTOMERS first, and communicate with them properly.

She listened, made thoughtful suggestions, and showed up on time ready to work. I am not a gardener and I have no desire to become one. "Kim to the rescue!" Kim and her crew performed a remarkable job removing three very overgrown shrubs that had become an eyesore. The crew took out the old shrubs and planted new ones (which Kim helped me select), added mulch, and cleaned up the debris. Before leaving, Kim carefully explained how to care for the new plants.
