I had you guys (Comfort) in a number of years ago to quote on a project. The problem I had at the time was that Comfort's price was just a little higher and the company I went with assured me they had the same quality workmanship and products. After the other company completed the work... (using the term completed loosely) I had nothing but problems. I called the other company and they told me to call the manufacturer. What a nightmare that turned into. This time the Comfort quote was still just under 4% higher than the next competitor but everything I have read told me to give Comfort a try. So I did! WOW ! is all I can say. I have never seen a construction crew as organized as your guys. The workers were friendly and polite. I didn't hear any swearing like I did with the other company. When the Comfort guys completed the job they walked me around the entire project showing me exactly what they did and why. I was amazed at the finish work, even the calk joints looked perfect unlike the other company who smeared calk everywhere. I am so thankful that I selected Comfort and cant wait to have you back in the spring for the next project we have in mind. Lastly, the guy Chris who came out to estimate this job, I guess he is a salesperson. He was just great... he was here for quite some time and answered every question we had. This guy came in weedwacked and clipped a few things working less than an hour and left with $300 in cash of my parents money. By the time I realized he was already paid it was too late, he had already ripped my parents off. My 80 year old mother and my two sons had to work out in the garden for another hour and a half after he left, and there is still more to be done. If you look at the pictures you will see all sorts of weeds sticking out of the plants and all the hard stems of weeds that were supposed to be pulled. We pulled another two + cart fulls of weeds. Unbelievable that you consider yourselves landscapers, you disgust me. ***Not only that, but after I left a review trying to warn other customers about this company the owner actually called my parents house and harassed me. I have a recording of the horrible phone call when he called me a c**t and said I must never get any d**k and that if he could he would find someone to slap me.
