The next day after his death I reached out to get a refund to bury my fiancé. I got a text saying everything was non refundable I was in complete shock. No pictures were taken, no make up was done. Absolutely nothing besides her helping coordinate things for my wedding. I never even was offer anything nor received anything from this company. I was going to use the money to bury my fiancé but was force to cremate him How can someone post all things wonderful services and have no compassion. This was an awful experience. Even David Bridal who has a no refund policy allowed my party to return everything. There reason was I didn't cancel in time. How could I if my fiancé died. Run from these people. They are not who they portray themselves to be. God bless them for the God I serve will have the last word.

I used Robot Booth with them and loved (a little too much aka stalker) all of their engagement and wedding photos. I told my husband that when we were getting married, that it was my one "no compromise". Needless to say if you check out my photos, they rocked it and I would pay every penny all over again. They traveled to Charleston, SC where we had our wedding not just once for the wedding, but another time before just for our engagement photos. I loved the style and how it captured the moment and wasn't "posed". I loved every photo, and if I had any issues, the Six Hearts team was great to work with me on editing for what I wanted. (Because my inlaws are from Indian heritage, they wanted sone traditional shots and that's the only reason we needed edits). I could really go on and on. But I will just say, if you like the style, you really need to book Six Hearts. They stay true to their brand, which I love, while making every wedding just an unique as the couple.

I'm beyond thankful for Todd and the amazing work of Mike Moon Studios. My wife and I are so happy…read morethat Todd accepted our wedding video project. We absolutely love the finished video and it vastly exceeded our expectations. Todd is absolutely brilliant and every interaction with him was a pleasure, as he's a true professional who loves what he does. Our wedding project was unconventional given that Todd didn't actually shoot the wedding. Our original videographer company was CollabCreation Films and they never provided a finished video. Shortly after our wedding we learned that the company shutdown and ended all communication with clients. We found out later that the company had been shooting weddings the entire year while accepting payments without the intent of ever providing a finished product. After many stressful months, we finally received the raw footage. But that didn't provide much consolation as the raw footage consisted of a portfolio of over 200 clips anywhere in length between 3 seconds to 30 minutes without any order or resemblance of a coherent story. Given that state of the raw footage my wife and I thought that we would never have a finished wedding video. However, Todd is insanely good at what he does and was able to capture all of our favorite moments of our favorite day. He perfectly edited them all together into an amazingly beautiful finished product. I'm astonished how well it turned out given that they didn't shoot the video and the state of the raw footage. Todd truly worked wonders. Words cannot describe how thankful we are for the video. We were very lucky to have found Mike Moon Studios as they helped turn a worst case scenario into something we will cherish for the rest of lives. It's hard to imagine how good it could have turned out if Mike Moon Studios was with us during the entire process! Thank you, Todd, for kindly taking on our project and giving us the best recreation of memories from our wedding day!

During the session, Danielle was nice, easy, and she always asked our feedback. For example, after finishing shooting my baby at one spot, she never forgot to ask us if we want to have more pictures (or family photo) here or we want to move to next spot. Besides, she was SO NICE when my 8 month old baby got fussy. She made him calm down by talking sweetly and nicely. We loved her so much, so we decided to prolong the session to have some other photoshoots at our house. Danielle sent us the acess to the online album one week later. We love every single picture she took. One of my colleagues booked the session for her two boys right after we shared our pictures with her. After the first excellent experience with her, my husband and I always talked about having her photograph my son again. However, she was having the second baby and her husband took over the work. We waited until this year. When she was available again, we decided to do that the first thing in spring. (With that said, what bad review states " Danielle no longer photographs sessions after the 2nd baby" is not ture!!!!) I sent Danielle an email and she gave me some recommendations on the spots. We chose Downtown Dallas, where is a building with colorful doors. Just as what we expected, we had great time and great photos again. I didn't know Danielle when I first hired her. I ended up having her photograph my baby twice, referring her to my colleagues, and planning to hire her to photograph my best friends' expecting daughter as my gift to them. Not only because of her professional photographing skills, but also because of her personality which always makes us so comfortable during her session. I feel bad about the bad review. People should communicate the unsatisfaction before posting the bad review becuase bad reviews (false accusations) can easily destroy the reputation people spend so long to build up. Her photography speaks for itself--fresh, unique, an ode to a bygone era. She was able to capture the unspoken, and that alone holds great significance. While capturing our wedding day was of great importance to my husband and I, we weren't well versed in wedding-photography...at all. We knew Shannon was professional, and we allowed her to direct us, and what she needed of us. She knows exactly what she has to do and when she has to do it (If you have a wedding planner or day-of planner, she can coordinate with him/her as well). A huge thanks to Shannon for thinking outside the norm and capturing our vision, even before we knew what that vision was. If she has an idea, she runs with it. I must commend her on simply taking charge and shooting what she needed to shoot (simple things like rings, flowers, vintage handbags, etc.). The afternoon of our wedding day, I remember standing in the foyer of the house we were living in. Shannon walked in, said her "hello's" and started looking for places to shoot. While we were getting ready, she asked for particular sentimental items of mine and photographed them. I would have never thought to capture such beautiful emotion, and she did it with ease. We are beyond thankful for the memories Shannon has gifted us. If there's anything more I could have asked, it would have been more time with her and her camera. I hired this company to photograph my wedding on April 11th of this year. Their prices were great…read moreand the photos on their website were nice so my then fiancé and I decided to use their services. The contract I signed stated that I would receive my pictures 7-10 days later. After the wedding I took a 10 day honeymoon and fully expected my pictures to be ready when we returned. No pictures. I waited a little while, as April is wedding season and maybe they were a little backed up. Still no pictures. On 4/26 I reached out to them to ask where the pictures were. I was told they would be ready tomorrow (4/27) and was given a link to view them online. Some of the pictures taken the day of were not online so I asked about those, they were later added (although there are still some that I to this day have not seen). On 4/29 I was asked to confirm my address (18 days after the wedding). I received a package on 5/19 (over a month since the ceremony) that contained only an 8x10 photo. The rest of the pictures were absent. By this point I'm fuming so my husband calls and asks about the discs with all of the pictures. We were told that they would be sent on Monday 5/25. Well guess what? It's now Tuesday 6/2 and still nothing. I received an email today stating that I should receive my discs tomorrow or Thursday. In short, their 7-10 day turn around is a blatant lie and their communication skill are horrible. As a consumer I should not have to track down the product I paid for. If there is a delay, I should be notified immediately so I can plan accordingly. I will never use their services again.
