During the session, Danielle was nice, easy, and she always asked our feedback. For example, after finishing shooting my baby at one spot, she never forgot to ask us if we want to have more pictures (or family photo) here or we want to move to next spot. Besides, she was SO NICE when my 8 month old baby got fussy. She made him calm down by talking sweetly and nicely. We loved her so much, so we decided to prolong the session to have some other photoshoots at our house. Danielle sent us the acess to the online album one week later. We love every single picture she took. One of my colleagues booked the session for her two boys right after we shared our pictures with her. After the first excellent experience with her, my husband and I always talked about having her photograph my son again. However, she was having the second baby and her husband took over the work. We waited until this year. When she was available again, we decided to do that the first thing in spring. (With that said, what bad review states " Danielle no longer photographs sessions after the 2nd baby" is not ture!!!!) I sent Danielle an email and she gave me some recommendations on the spots. We chose Downtown Dallas, where is a building with colorful doors. Just as what we expected, we had great time and great photos again. I didn't know Danielle when I first hired her. I ended up having her photograph my baby twice, referring her to my colleagues, and planning to hire her to photograph my best friends' expecting daughter as my gift to them. Not only because of her professional photographing skills, but also because of her personality which always makes us so comfortable during her session. I feel bad about the bad review. People should communicate the unsatisfaction before posting the bad review becuase bad reviews (false accusations) can easily destroy the reputation people spend so long to build up. I can't tell you how happy and excited I was to have Krisandra Evans photograph our company's…read moreholiday party. I've known Krisandra for several years. I met her thanks to Yelp. She used to do event photography for Yelp and also provided photo booths at Yelp events. We have many mutual friends and acquaintances. Krisandra has gone on to photograph weddings (her main gig) and do family portraits and other shoots for those friends and acquaintances. Having gone to countless Yelp events and seeing so much of Krisandra's terrific handiwork, it was a no-brainer for me to propose hiring her to cover our parties. I knew she'd be a perfect fit. Thankfully, everyone was on board with the idea and we booked her and a photo booth for our holiday party. Her quoted price was within our budget and she offered to work with me if it wasn't. Krisandra's photo booth and photos were a hit! The photo booth was a lot of fun. We got to choose a backdrop. We went with silver tinsel on white because it was nice and festive. The photo booth came with holiday-themed props. The photo booth had an attendant, Krisandra's lovely assistant Betsy McPherson. There were four pictures per photo booth session and we got unlimited prints throughout the night. Krisandra worked with me to get my company's logo and some additional text to print on the bottom of each photo strip. It turned out great. Both Krisandra and Betsy had fantastic attitudes. They were super sweet, warm, and friendly (that's why I love Krisandra). Betsy encouraged people to enter the photo booth and have fun with the shots. I've encountered many photo booth attendants who just stood there and literally did nothing or they just sat on a chair on their phones; very impersonal and unprofessional. Krisandra and Betsy were the opposite. They engaged with people and really enhanced the party's atmosphere. While Betsy ran the photo booth, Krisandra was out on the floor taking various candids and posed shots and shots of the space/scene, etc. Her pictures were outstanding. She covered the event well and made everyone look good. We got our photo booth pictures in less than a day and the event pictures in about a week. I know Krisandra shot the wedding of a mutual friend not long before our party, so she had many photos to edit after our party, and it was the holidays on top of that. Communication was good. Krisandra and I mostly communicated via email and she was responsive (unlike other photographers in the Atlanta area). We booked her and Betsy for three hours and she showed up one hour early (on time) to set everything up. To be on the safe side, I booked Krisandra several months in advance and we worked together through paperwork and any other issues along the way. For example, the Atlanta Braves/SunTrust Park required she provide a certificate of insurance in order for her to shoot and provide a photo booth for our event. At the time, she'd never heard of such a thing (me neither), but she was able to work with her insurance provider and produce one for me. I can't recommend Krisandra enough for event photography and/or photo booth needs. I look forward to the next time we/I get to work with her.

I contacted her via email and she requested a phone call to make sure we both got our points covered. At first, I was a little intimidated/shy about it ... but I am so glad I did it. It sold me right away! She was just so kind and touched upon a lot of points I hadn't even thought of. She did an engagement shoot and our wedding. If you are a shy person and socially awkward, like me... DO AN ENGAGENMENT SHOOT! Not only will you have a little practice before the big day, but you will feel so much more comfortable on the big day. For our wedding, we had her, a second shooter and another handling the photo booth. Photo booth was such a hit! All three ladies were very sweet. I love Krisandra's style of photography. She is very relaxed/real and NOT cheesy. Engagement pictures were great and I received them pretty quickly. I have always loved that they respond very promptly, and are great with following up with details or questions regarding the photoshoot/event that I may have missed to mention. Gives me extra assurance that they are on top of their game and that they are as excited as I am. Their photos obviously speaks for themselves, but what made me fell in love with their aesthetics is the way they tell a story through their work. The way they capture emotions and energy really helps me go back into the moment that may have been forgotten in time. Only after the night, I realized the amount of time and secret planning that went into the proposal to ensure every bit of the event was captured. A quick 3 days after the proposal event, we received our photos and nearly each photo brought me to tears. Everything was happening so fast during the night that it was all a blur for us but thankfully they were there to capture so many great moments Their professionalism and experience capturing special moments truly came out in each and every photo. I sent Sky an e-mail shortly after my fiancé and I decided to get married in Las Vegas and she replied within 20 minutes. Within a few e-mails back and forth that evening I felt that I did not have to look for any other vendors. Prior to finding Sky, I had filled out a lot of contact forms with other photographers and I felt like none of them had actually read what I filled out. Their e-mail back to me would ask me things that I had already given information about. With Sky, she actually took the time out to read everything I wrote. She also asked questions about me and my fiancé. No one else had really done that before. This definitely set Sky apart from everyone else. I was first drawn to Sky's work because it is colorful and fun. I knew I wanted video because my fiancé and I were eloping and would not have anyone else joining us, but I did not want to have to find one vendor for photography and another for videography. The problem was that I never really cared for video, and I couldn't find any examples of work that was my style. Then I saw that Sky offers stop motion films. It was perfect. I loved how whimsical Sky's stop motion videos are. I love that she makes the wedding rings and shoes dance across the screen. I had finally found a video style that felt like me. I had only been to Las Vegas once about 7 years ago and my fiancé had never been. I had asked Sky for recommendations on where I could take photos. She recommended the Neon Boneyard Museum and I am so glad that she did. I feel those photos she took are so unique. I also told Sky that I was in love with colored smoke bombs and she helped us find that perfect backdrop. This is one of my favorite scenes in the stop motion video. The package that I had picked included an engagement photoshoot. I really didn't think I had time for one since it wasn't in our budget to fly out to Vegas in the months before our wedding date. Sky had insisted that we schedule the shoot and made time in her schedule for the night before my wedding. I am so grateful to Sky. She was in San Diego the morning of and had driven back to make sure that we had time for an engagement shoot and also that we made it to see our Cirque du Soleil show on time. Sky is super patient. I am so awkward in front of a camera! Sky would just talk to us and make me feel at ease. I am glad Sky insisted on the engagement shoot and I have a lot of really lovely photos. I am glad that I have a nice mixture of photos from our wedding trip. The day of the wedding Sky arrived to my room and was keeping track of time. I felt less awkward in front of the camera thanks for Sky and the engagement shoot the night before. Sky had so many creative ideas for the stop motion video. It was so fun and she was so patient in getting me out of my head. I have so many photos of our wedding day. Sky is very amazing and I am lucky to have been able to connect with her. My husband was so impressed with the amount of time that Sky spent with us. Everyone has been blown away by our stop motion video and our photos. Please do not hesitate to book with Sky. I don't take a lot of photos of myself because I am not comfortable in my own skin, but I love ALL of my photos from Sky. She spent a lot of time with us on our wedding day. We started the day around 7am and ended around 8pm. Not once did Sky complain. We were practically on our feet the whole day bouncing from location to location.
