He was super responsive and sent me links to the paperwork I needed to have before the appointment. Setting up an appointment was super easy. Upon arrival, I had good first impressions of the shop. Trendy, clean and friendly environment. There were no bad attitudes in sight. Just positive vibes. (I have been to many shops before, not one has EVER had this welcoming feeling.) Paul was super friendly and made my kiddo feel super comfortable (along with mommy and daddy). The shop itself is beautiful and clean. The man at the front desk who initially answered our phone call (I'm sorry I didn't get your name!) was super nice and courteous. We told Van about what we were thinking, looked at some reference photos, and he got to work. It was an absolute pleasure to be in his chair and we both felt extremely comfortable with him.
