First I would loveee to say that RAY was absolutely amazing ! I called coming from Tallahassee (which he knew nothing about until I got there) and didn't know the shop was actually closed on sundays. Let me start by saying I reached out to Ashley via FB messenger to let her know how she screwed up my daughters septum piercing AND THIS CHICK HAD THE NERVE TO NOT ONLY DELETE MY MESSAGE BUT SHE BLOCKED ME SO THAT HER BOSS WOULDN'T FIND OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wish there was a zero star option! We are from OH and were visiting FL. My girlfriend whom we were visiting is who suggested this place based on reviews alone as she had never been there! I took my daughter for her 16th birthday to get her septum pierced as she had been begging me for over 3 years! I supposed I got caught up in all the excitement of the day and didn't ask the proper questions ahead of time so for that I take full responsibility! When my daughter sat in the chair she was told to hold a piece of cork, neither of us knew what it was or what it was for so when I asked the piercer, ASHLE Y laughed and said "Just hold it". As she had the needle in her hand ready to pierce is the moment that she decided to tell us that she "free hands" her piercings which apparently means she doesn't use clamps. It was at that moment that I should've ran far far away! BUT I didn't I unfortunately allowed this uneducated mess to continue! She slowly shoved the needle THRU THE CARTILAGE high up into my daughters nose and at one point needing to angle down with her elbow toward the ceiling shoving as hard as she could to avoid the needle going thru the nostril on the other side!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (see my video on TikTok) My daughter yelled out in excruciating pain!! I said "that looks awfully high up" to which she replied "that's how 'we' do it ... yadda yadda yadda" She continued to stick to the story that high up in the center of the cartilage is the proper placement of a septum piercing!! 30 days after the piercing, my daughter was still in so much pain that it hurt to smile so she removed it! THREE YEARS my daughter waited for this and this was what she endured. I've done my research over the past 3 months so that nothing like this ever happens again! LESSON LEARNED! And now this awful excuse of a human being not only ignored my complaint and request for a refund, but she deleted and BLOCKED ME from Facebook as to not tip off the owner of the shop. In the owner's defense, he is currently unaware ... FOR NOW!!!!!!!!!! Ashely thinks she's slick, but I've been on this Earth far longer than her and I know my way around! A delete and a block won't keep her safe from my wrath! I WILL get in touch with the owner TRUST AND BELIEVE THAT SISTER!!!! read more

i called raynard and set up a time to come in and he was very welcoming and friendly, he made me feel more than comfortable and was willing to work with me on the designs and make sure that i was happy with the design. he actually freehanded the rear view mirror tattoo! 10/10 would recommend; which i actually did! my friend loved my tattoo so much, he decided to get the same thing! which is the third photo, and yet again, raynard exceeded our expectations, he treated him with the same exact care he showed me! if you're looking to get some artwork done you should definitely come give raynard a visit. read more

I set an appointment with Randall Lopez. He charged me a $75 deposit for $450 tap out session. Day of Mr. Lopez refused to take my calls only answered a few of my text. He assured me all was in the good but never fulfilled his duties. He assured me he would return my deposit via cash app the way he received it but never has and will not return my calls or answer my text. Unprofessional and sleazy. read more

I was a bit iffy at first because the piercer was a few minutes late, but once he got there it was like a light brightening up the shop. Very informative about cleaning techniques and calming personality. You cold tell the shop invited everyone in as family and treated them as so.
