There was one major difference this time, I was referred to THIS amazing surgeon! The staff, from start to finish and front to back, are perfect. I was so nervous and miserable but after my consultation I felt much more confident. They got my prescriptions sorted out and prepped me for what to expect on the day of my surgery (1 week, a very quick turnaround). The actual surgeon is the BEST medical professional I've ever interacted with. No exaggeration. On the day of my extractions he explained everything that was going to happen and really put my mind at ease. They knocked me out so efficiently I don't remember even feeling funny, I simply woke up with everything done! Leaving, I received a take home kit with all the info I needed, an adorable penguin ice pack to use on my jaw, lip balm to help with dry lips, and a device to spray medicine or saltwater on the extraction sites. They also called the next day to check on my progress. With the promise that I could always call with questions or concerns, our business was concluded. Here is why; I work in the trade show industry, which most know requires a large amount of travel. About a year ago, one of my co-workers came down with walking pneumonia. I got a call 2 days before a show for one of our largest clients informing me of his illness and immediately reacted, got my ticket, hotel and called the 30 different partners we used for that show to inform them I would be the point of contact. In the craziness, I failed to reschedule my dentist appt, that was a day after my departure to the show. I explained this to Vicky and it seemed fine, and on the same call, rescheduled my appt. A day before my rescheduled appt, my cousin committed suicide in California. It happened literally the night before my morning appt. I tried to explain this to Vicky that I needed to go console family members, but she refused to even listen saying I was no longer allowed to go to Heritage Dental. Comical right!!! Well the saga continues. My son still went there. She even said they were welcome. Well my 11 year old son has crowded teeth on one side. Very painful. And this lady has the nerve to call us today and cancel a confirmed appt for tomorrow for my son. My son is in pain, and this lady does this just to be vindictive over a year later. And both my son and wife have visited there since Vicky told me I was no longer welcome. I have met a lot of crappy people in life, but what kind of person does that to an 11 year old boy. Vicky, karma has a funny way of evening the scales of life. Good luck with being miserable vindictive and just an overall mean person to young kids. I…read moreprimarily come here to get a quick assessment and a referral when I'm having issues, they always get me in quick and take good care of me. I have what I'd call "dental anxiety" and they're very understanding and compassionate here. Normally I can't have anything more than an x-ray done without being knocked out with IV sedation, but they actually pulled a wisdom for me on my first ever visit here when I was in a lot of pain. I was surprised they would help so quickly and I got a blunt response... "your in pain, we dont leave people in pain" you've gotta respect that. They have some sedation options but aren't set up for IV sedation so keep that in mind. I got through it pain free with just a shot to numb it, I'm not normally so lucky, which speaks to the skill of the dentists here. They offer good referrals that suit my specific needs and they are knowledgeable about different options for treatment. They also take most insurance plans and can work with you to find a payment plan that works for you. As someone who's had work done here as well as used them as a middle man for various specialists I'd say they are worth checking out. I'm glad to have them nearby for emergencies.

I did not have a dentist of my own, based on terrible past experiences. I was left with dental anxiety. Dr. Konz and I interviewed each other, where we both asked each other dozens of questions. She began to make me feel at ease. Given my past history, she really took baby steps with me, making sure I was comfortable the entire time. I have been seeing her since November, 2023 to correct a very neglected mouth. She has the vision and foresight to know how to correct my problems (crossbite and multiple broken teeth). She has an extensive range of professional colleagues for referrals, if needed (orthodontists, periodontists, and oral surgeons). My last appointment was a long 6 hours in the chair, and much of that time was spent laughing and sharing stories. (Who laughs and jokes while in the chair at the dentist?! Me, now that' I've found this fantastic woman!) Not only that, but her own professional staff is also second to no one. They are absolutely fantastic. From scheduling, referrals, chairside manner, billing, and KINDNESS, they are on their game. I feel so blessed to have found such a talented, caring, and professional team.
