They are very efficient from front desk staff all the way thru. The staff have all been friendly and highly professional. You can feel how well the staff all work together. I feel the practice is up to date and following high standards of practice. They answer questions completely. While we understand that procedures and protocols are important, it was frustrating not to have her immediate pain addressed when that was the reason for her visit. She chose to decline the additional X-rays at that moment because she was in significant discomfort with the one X-ray she took and just needed relief for that one tooth. Unfortunately, her interaction with Dr. Mays Al-Saffar did not help the situation. She came across as dismissive and unaccommodating when my mom tried to explain her concerns, which made the experience even more stressful. I will say that the rest of the staff was kind and welcoming, which we appreciated. However, due to how the situation was handled, we left feeling unheard and disappointed.

I really don't want this to be a bad review but I'm afraid I can't give 5 stars. 1st of all, Dr…read more Kwon is fantastic. I have been going to him for a few years and he has been great. I have had great care and I cant complain about that. So why a bad review? Well it all started they convinced me to do Invisalign. My lower front teeth are crowded and hard to keep clean so it seemed like a great idea. I agreed to do it and was told it was not covered by my insurance. I took them at their word, my mistake. I paid the full amount, about $5000, and we were on our way. Things started out great. The Invisalign actually started working. No problem there. The problem was I found out that my insurance does cover Invisalign. I brought this up and was told several times that they would resubmit it, but that wasn't happening. Once I was in the office and asked about it. I was told it was approved and they were just waiting for a check. That was 3 months ago. I finally got tired of this and contacted my insurance. Guess what they told me. It was never submitted. Well I was not surprised in the least. I was staring to get impatient and I decided not to let this go. I kept after them and after I told them I would just submit it myself, they asked me not . I was once again told it was submitted. Well here we are today 2 weeks later and I just got confirmation from my insurance that they have received the claim. That took way too long and that isn't the last problem. 5 weeks ago I was finally done with the last Invisalign trays. 20 trays at 2 weeks each and I was done. Should be a happy day. I went and was scanned for the retainers 5 weeks ago. They said 2-3 weeks and I would get the retainers. Still no retainers. The worst part is I have called several times to see if they can give me an idea when they will be in and no one can give me an answer. They say they will have the clinical team I believe they called them call me back. They never call back. I have had the last trays for over 2 months and they are not in good shape. They are at the point that I cant use them any more. And without the retainers, my teeth are going to probably end up shifting. Bottom line, I feel like I was taken to the cleaners and I regret ever agreeing to that. But thats just me
