When requested a second time to send complete records they do not comply and send piece by piece, resulting in unnecessary back and forth due to their incompetence and VERY evidently bad attitude. They make it difficult for the client to practice their lawful right of having access to healthcare records which have already been paid for via service requested in the first place. Dental work is very poor, my tooth was left sharp and jagged, and unable to be flossed. Upon 2nd correction the other dentist in the facility had terrible things to say about the work provided by their associate. After 3 times it was never fully corrected by them. Pricing changes based on the staffs mood, unlike other dentists that provide up-front pricing irrelevant of insurance and mood. The staff gets very defensive because they cannot provide legitimate answers, they are inconsistent and dishonest.

And what's even more amazing than that, I went through the Illinois Donated Dental Lifeline Services group for people who are disabled and unable to afford proper dental care. Ms. Lisa who works for the Donated Dental Services reached out to 7-10 dentist in the McHenry county area and no-one wanted to help. Dr. Dan donated his dental services to me for free. He is a truly amazing person. I can't thank him enough for all that he has done for me and continues to do. So let me say this, if you need help? I did not have a dentist of my own, based on terrible past experiences. I was left with dental anxiety. Dr. Konz and I interviewed each other, where we both asked each other dozens of questions. She began to make me feel at ease. Given my past history, she really took baby steps with me, making sure I was comfortable the entire time. I have been seeing her since November, 2023 to correct a very neglected mouth. She has the vision and foresight to know how to correct my problems (crossbite and multiple broken teeth). She has an extensive range of professional colleagues for referrals, if needed (orthodontists, periodontists, and oral surgeons). My last appointment was a long 6 hours in the chair, and much of that time was spent laughing and sharing stories. (Who laughs and jokes while in the chair at the dentist?! Me, now that' I've found this fantastic woman!) Not only that, but her own professional staff is also second to no one. They are absolutely fantastic. From scheduling, referrals, chairside manner, billing, and KINDNESS, they are on their game. I feel so blessed to have found such a talented, caring, and professional team. Her hygienist team is always friendly, appropriately admonishing, and when they discovered an issue, as discreet as possible until Dr Konz confirmed their suspicions. I miss that office. Great work.
