The dentist, Terrance Poole, spends little or no time with patients and charges for "his time" not for service. He admits to being "lazy" with follow up for returning phone calls and answering concerns of patients. Office staff is uninformed, dismissive and unhelpful. I will never return to this office or recommend this dentist to anyone. I am still in the process of reporting his deceptive billing practices to the American Dental Association. I feared bringing up issues while I was still waiting on my implant to be completed. There was no follow up on completion and I have I issues and pain I will need to review with another dentist.

Have two insurance plans both of which pay this practice for approved services and I had paid the full amount asked for since day 1 as a patient, and in cash. I have gone to him for cleanings and for fillings and I have left with no complaints. My niece and nephew, who are 6 and 8, have also gone there for cleanings and his office is definitely kids friendly. They have digital x-ray machines and offer same day services for procedures like crowns. His filling was very quick and painless, and he was sure to check in throughout to make sure I was comfortable. They use a "wand" for administering the anesthesia so there is minimal discomfort as opposed to the traditional injections. I would definitely recommend using this family practice for adults and children!
