After my truck was taken to this shop I called another place just so I would have something price wise to compare the pricing and was quoted $1500 with labor and a 1 yr warranty! After informing them that we weren't going to get the truck fixed by them, they originally said they would tow it back to my house that day (saturday). They never towed it back though, so finally after a full week my mother went to meet AAA to get it brought back. The shop manager was rude and told my mom that they would bring it back for $50, after we already told him the tow truck was on the way! When the tow truck got there, my truck was blocked in and they wouldn't move the vehicles blocking it so my truck could be towed. Finally after both my mom and the tow truck left, without my truck, the shop called and rudely demanded that we have the truck moved before they closed that day, and yelled at my mom because "his tow truck driver" wasted an hour and a half moving the cars blocking mine in! DON'T USE THIS SHOP!!!

It can take a few days for Dan and Paul to get to your vehicle when they have several vehicles, but that's has never been an issue for us. Dan's wife, sorry but I forget her name at the moment, works in the office and is just an absolute delight to talk too. All around just some decent people doing a great job. We were floored and wanted to know what in the world they did to the car. In very broken engrish, Tommy told my wife and I the timing chain needed to be replaced and told us he could not get a hold of my wife so he preformed the service anyway. Problem is, our car is three years old has 27900 miles on it and is covered by the manufactures warranty. This guy is a crook and a con. Two days after we got the car back, it acted the same way as when we brought it in so we had it towed back to BMW and was told the cold start valve needed to be replaced and so did the water pump. It was now leaking. As it turns out, the timing belt was NOT replaced or even looked at, it would appear they instead replaced the serpentine belt and tried to charge us for the timing belt. Dallas BMW warrantied the repair, replaced the water pump and cold start valve as we asked and the car runs great. We cancelled our AMX charge with Tommy Techs and called and asked for the parts they claimed to have replaced only to now have Tommy claim he could not understand what we were asking for and hung up on us! Crooks from the word GO!
