This young lady has been responsible for all of my own vehicles and my families for a few years now. I never really said much till now and I feel bad for taking so many years to say something because she deserves more than what can be said online. For a small shop out in the middle of nowhere. Ill be dammed. This girl is the closest thing it gets to going to a dealership without having to drive all the way out to one. The nearest dealership for me is a little over an hour away. They want to hold my car for 3 months, while Ive never had her keep my car for more than 3 days! Recently though, I called her (if you are reading this I am sorry for the story time), she walked me through some very complicated things over the phone. She really didnt have to. I could tell she had a million other things going on in the background on the phone. But, she stayed on with me. She walked me through it. I really cant afford much due to my disability income so it was very thoughtful of her to try and help us on the phone the way she did. My nephew was able to do what she told him to do and it was fixed. She could have simply told me no and I would have been at her mercy to tow the vehicle for another $300, and pay to fix it. The lady probably saved me around a thousand dollars just talking to her on the phone for an hour. I will ask my family to come on here as well and write you a good review. Ran into and over a huge puddle of water the other day when it poured down rain. Hit it so hard and fast that it ripped my front undercarriage almost off and almost completely ripped out my rear undercarriage. It was almost dragging so I duck taped it up and took it to Brittni's Automotive Repair shop! Such a wonderful experience! Her helper there, Hunter, got it back on with some major finagaling, new tabs, and screws and it's good as new! Thank yall so much. The experience there was a delight! Brittni is so friendly, nice, and professional all at the same time! The shop is super clean and well organized too. Hunter was also funny too and got me in and out of there in just a little while. Went here just for an inspection of my newly purchased used car. I don't know much about cars and they were willing to show me how a lot of the stuff works and what they were checking. Super friendly staff and helped me out a lot. They didn't take too long and even logged all of my cars values and potential issues (there weren't any) so I can check later if I want to fix them myself. This was my first car and I'm a teenager just getting started in the world of automotives. They really helped me out a lot. And the best part I didn't have to pay for anything for being inspected. Brittni's Auto is the best! She is honest and does a great job. I was recently taken advantage of by a terrible engine shop. Brittni did her best to fix their mistakes. In the end she decided it was not going to be fixable and did not even charge the full amount for the work she did. It sucks to know I lost $10,000 on this shitty engine job but I appreciate that Brittani did not make me lose any more. I'll never take my cars anywhere else!
