A few days later, he came in to thank me for my recommendation: "They came out right away, they diagnosed and fixed the problem, and their bill was VERY reasonable." Personal: Two years ago, my blower died in December, so I called All Valley and James came out right away and replaced it. Ahh, heat again! And just TONIGHT, with temps dropping and snow falling, my furnace once more refused to work. So I called the after-hours number, and Anthony called me back. He walked me through the trouble-shooting, and told me exactly how much an emergency service call would cost, for him to come out and replace the digital thermostat.
