I said the top must be short since it grows fast & gets heavy quickly. After cutting it twice you still did not get it short enough. I said no bangs in the middle of my forehead. They were supposed to be almond shaped. Not only did he file the nails too skinny on the sides, but he didn't paint the full nail, they were filed jagged not smoothe, there was nail polish all over the skin, and he tore up her cuticles and made them bleed. This was THE worst nail job I've ever seen by a "professional." Even after we requested he smoothe out the nails, they still looked horrible. We left with her nails looking like a child did them. I could have done a better job. We will go back, but we will steer clear of the guy touching our nails.
