He came over to our place and instantly I could see that he was a hardworking, honest, and friendly person. We needed him to remove a chain wall made of cinderblocks and re-bar that is about 4500 sq. ft worth. We needed the dirt moved to our other property so they're moving that also which is about 20-30 loads of dirt. The price they are giving us is 100% fair. You pay 50% up front and then 50% when they're done because Steve said, "he wants to make sure we're happy with his work". They're currently working on the job now but cannot say enough about how friendly Steve and Devon are. They're doing a phenomenal job that is definitely not easy. I learned that Steve just started his business in June. He also has a full time Monday thru Friday job as a diesel mechanic. Just really can't say enough about these guys!! Highly recommend them. Extremely Disappointing Experience - Proceed With Caution…read more I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience so others can make an informed decision before hiring this company. I hired this contractor to perform selective land clearing, grading, driveway setup, and installation of a gravel RV pad on my property. Unfortunately, the work performed fell far below what was represented and what a competent professional should deliver. Instead of leaving a usable surface, the operator cut approximately 1.5 to 2 feet into the soil, exposing loose sand and leaving the area essentially inaccessible where it had previously been drivable. Vehicles now sink into the surface where the ground was previously stable. The work also left unfinished areas and multiple debris piles that were expected to be mulched or otherwise properly handled as part of the clearing process. Because of the condition the property was left in, I have since had to obtain quotes from other contractors to repair and complete the work. The cost to correct these issues is significant and should not have been necessary had the work been performed properly in the first place. Equally concerning was the lack of professionalism when attempting to resolve the situation. When the issues were brought to Michael's attention, he initially stated that bringing a mulcher to properly complete the job would cost an additional $5,000, saying the correct machine was required to do the job properly. The price then changed to $2,000, and later he stated he would bring the correct equipment at no additional charge to fix the work. In total, he worked approximately 4 hours on the first day and about 2 hours the following day. The original quote for the clearing was $3,000, and I had already paid a $4,000 deposit. After the second day, he demanded an additional $2,000 payment before bringing the equipment necessary to correct the work, despite previously stating he would complete the job properly without additional cost. When I declined to provide additional payment beyond what had already been paid for the original quoted work, he packed up and left the job unfinished, leaving the property in worse condition than before the project began. He also left trash on my land. Attempts to recover any portion of the funds paid as a deposit have gone unanswered. This experience has resulted in unnecessary additional expense and significant delays to my project. The property has been left largely inaccessible without expensive repairs. Based on my experience, I strongly encourage anyone considering hiring this company to perform thorough due diligence, ask detailed questions about equipment and methods, and make sure all expectations and scope of work are clearly documented in writing. I hope sharing my experience helps others avoid the situation I am now having to correct.

We got a quote from one company and decided to get a second quote. Both companies told us they…read morewould need to use a bucket truck to take down our tree because of location, water pipes, etc. They both said the tree would need to be taken down in pieces. This company's quote was slightly less, but both quotes were high because of the need for a bucket truck. On the day of the service, they did not bring a bucket truck, nor did they take it down in pieces. Fortunately, no pipes were affected during the tree removal, but this company did not do what they said they would, nor did they use the equipment they said would be required for the higher price point. Our bank had recently been bought by another bank and our new checks had not arrived yet. We bought a check from our new bank to pay for the service. Our bank put a hold on the check and contacted us to make sure it was legit because of the high check amount. The owner also contacted us and said that we owed him a bounced check fee. My husband and the owner met at the bank. Our personal account and his business account are kept in the same bank. The bank apologized profusely and cleared up the misunderstanding immediately, but would not reimburse us the $30 bounced check fee because they had not charged any fees to him. We ended up paying him an extra $30 out of pocket for a check that did not bounce when he was sitting right beside my husband and knew full well it was a bank error.

They were able to grade everything for the above ground pool and set up the retaining wall. Suggested many things I didn't think about to help the design flow better. We were having water accumulate under the shop's foundation which we didn't know about so we had French drains installed as the water was starting to make some of the wood rot. Thankfully, they caught it just in time before we had to replace the entire beam. Derek is the owner there, he was very helpful as I have no knowledge of what I needed to get done. So much to say about the projects and so little time. I will recommend to all my friends and family.
