She accepted pictures of damage until our move out date, offering no pest control until month 12 of our lease. Upon move out, my roommate and I asked Darla to do a walk-through of the property in order to understand charges prior to move out. She refused to answer her phone calls, then after several attempts to contact her she decided to "charge us for misusing the emergency line"-her cell phone number which she had been using for communication all year. We had drilled holes in the walls and were charged unreasonable fees for what is normally designated as normal wear and tear on a rental, and were never compensated for needing to leave the unit due to pests. If needing property management or looking for a realtor, you will find far more communicative, mature, professional options in the Denver Metro area. Steer clear.
