Due to a move, I switched to an agent closer to my residence. What a mistake switching to Maslar. The man can NOT (does NOT) communicate clearly. He made (unauthorized) changes to my policy; never discussed it with me NOR did I authorize (because I didn't know he did this) until the State Farm auto pay deducted a 400% increase on top of my normally, scheduled monthly payment amount. Contacted him to have him explain what happened.... he sent me a text message saying it is what it is, no one at State Farm will be able to do anything. If you want to make a complaint email "you can email the president and CEO at SF-CEO@statefarm.com or call 1-800-782-8332 option 6. BTW --- the information he provided is wrong also. His response (in writing - text - is nonetheless rude, unprofessional, and clearly is an accurate reflection on his attitude towards his clients. See screen shot below. Granted he may have had surgery the previous week. However, I am not a mind reader nor in his inner circle, and he does have office staff; so I would have NO idea of his situation. Additionally, no one from his agency called or emailed me to discuss any changes to my policy... and I certainly never authorized anything legally!!! He would regularly text other people about my account info and I would , in kind, receive account information about his other clients. He would regularly mention the make/model of cars on my account which I don't even own! This man is completely unprofessional, and incompetent. I actively have filed a complaint with State Farm corporate which is in escalations currently.
