Your house will probably sell, but if you care about maintaining any amount of goodwill with buyers and the agents who bring them, I'd think twice before hiring this team.

We never got notice of her received our offer until we emailed multiple time and were never notified of multiple offer situation and timing after we placed our offer, which expired and never discussed. Then after waiting 4 days with no updates after being told our above ask offer was attractive, we heard nothing and date kept changing for when they were going to make decision. I know this is a seller's market but the seller's agent should take the time to communicate with other agents that have offers in. We never got notification that they had accepted another offer until we hounded Ala again on their decision day. Very unprofessional to not communicate and leave buyers hanging like that. I don't care what kind of market it is, it's common courtesy is all. I'd never list with them!

I'm not a mom, but it's discouraging to see Kiersten brand herself as a "real estate mom". Poor moms out there...I wouldn't want to be associated with her. At multiple points, her communication crossed from unhelpful into mean-spirited and unprofessional. No guidance, no advocacy, no effort to explain the process -- just sarcasm, impatience, and an extreme lack of professionalism. If you're looking for someone who will represent your interests, communicate clearly, and treat you with basic respect, look elsewhere. There are plenty of agents out there who actually understand customer service. This one does not.
